This place does it right! This is really delicious BBQ pork, I will definitely be back for lunch. This meal including tax and drink was $14.50. Good value, especially in downtown Vancouver. I got a HK milk tea as well and it was delicious, traditional with evaporated milk.

Note: When you order a combo, it includes the bubble waffle, which is an additional add on. Remember to opt out of the bubble waffle if you want the $14.50 food with a drink.Surprisingly, the bubble waffle is good, it feels larger than normal, you probably won't feel 'full' if you don't get the bubble waffle.Service was fast despite coming half past noon during the lunch time rush. I would come here at 1PM to avoid the lines, but the wait was only 10 minutes...
