If I could give 10 stars I would, the staff have always been super welcoming and super kind everytime I’m there regardless of how busy it may be. The food is always brought out very fast and is always the same great quality I come for. Me and my girlfriend go a minimum of 1 a week and usually more since we’re always craving fast delicious food.
I’ve never been to another bubble waffle and I will keep it that way, this bubble waffle is the best bubble waffle in all of Vancouver!

Friendly staff coupled with great service. The food is delicious and inexpensive. I've been coming to this location for 7 years. My favorite is the hainanese chicken laksa bowl. Portions are better than most other bubble waffle restaurants.
Kid-friendliness: I have 2 young boys who love eating here. They love the food, and they enjoy running around the restaurant. The staff is very friendly to my children.

The quality of food is becoming worse and worse. I ordered a noodle combo with side of the beef and vegetables. There is literally one of piece of the vegetable and few slices of beef in the bowl and the amount of the noodle is very little… Very disappointed and will not come back again.
Combo: laksa soup, rice noodle with beef and watercress, bubble waffle, milk tea. Additional note: the soup is SUPER salty and I had to add large amount of water so I can eat it. There is only one piece of watercress which is very dry and not fresh, which seems like a leftover. Also, I said half sugar for the milk tea to the waitress on the phone but she did not place the order accurately. The milk tea is so sooo sweet…
