I used to come to this restaurant often, but now more of using the UberEATS app. I don't think I will order here ever again.
The portion sizes has changed so is smaller, the food has gotten cold and stale to the point where the rice clumps together and hardened so I had to throw it out. The bubble waffles are not fresh and cold to the touch.
Edit: I'm adding the photo of the rice clumped together. I doubt the Uber driver WOULD eat it.

2 times bought the chicken nuggets here, once on UberEats and today in person and both time the portion is crazily small for ~$9. Compared to the store in Richmond where one portion can easily made me full for the whole day, this one is like 2-3 bites
P/s: Definitely, your portion doesn’t even look 100g, let alone all is chicken skin with barely any meat. Also with a very “accountable” attitude, I won’t come back 🤣

This Bubble Waffle location is my favorite out of all! This one had very delicious food, way better than takeouts like the one at Metrotown. It was also way more authentic! I got the Duck Breast Bowl and my friend got the Laksa Soup and they were very good! Highly recommend this hidden gem in Killarney Plaza!

This Bubble Waffle is becoming our favourite location. The Missus and I have had dinner here a couple of times and were pleased with the food and service. They also have specials with discounts. The Missus was fortunate to have her favourite fish noodle soup on both visits at a savings. The Laksa soup was also flavourful with the right amount of heat. We top it off with a fresh and delicious bubble waffle. It’s a thumbs up Bubble Waffle!

One of my favorite restaurant to go to in the area. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive—and the food came out surprisingly fast. What got me is the super economical daily specials. With times likes this who will be serving a a full meal for $12.99. While the location is a bit small, it adds to the cozy vibe. Overall, a great experience and if I can give more stars, I will totally give this location 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tucked away in the corner of the plaza, this Bubble Waffle Cafe is quite literally a hidden gem! Staff is always friendly and efficient. Food is prepared to order and comes out quickly. Even when busy the staff will notice if you need something. Portions are great and you’ll definitely be stuffed by the end of your meal and all for under $20! Been coming here for the past couple years and never had a bad experience. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

We usually love this place but tonight was so disappointing. So many things went wrong.
1. I ordered the DIY soup combo and chose the preserved egg and chicken soup, and there was not a single trace of preserved egg in there.
2. I ordered a green milk tea and received a regular black milk tea. I tried to bring it to the waitress’ attention when she brought my friend’s noodles out, but she completely ignored me and walked away.
3. My friend ordered a bubble waffle and it never came during our meal. She didn’t receive it until she mentioned it while she was paying.
