Management and owners have changed, I would not recommend visiting this location as it has significantly gone downhill. Arrived around 4pm, it was messy and dark inside. Ordered 3 drinks, the lady that was working alone was quite slow and inefficient, when requesting to change the sugar level she was unsure if that was possible but the sugar and ice option was right in front of the front counter. The watermelon slush I ordered was practically a watermelon juice when it was served and when I inquired if it was a slush, she said that I should order it with more ice in the future. The taste was bland, they really skimped out of the watermelon. The pomegranate red tea we have ordered, had no red tea taste to it just water.
Overall, it’s sad to say that with the new management I do not recommend visiting this location. I would always go out of my way to order the same drinks here but with the increase choices of bubble tea in the city this would not be a place a visit for bubble tea anymore.

I went in there... might be the last time. I don't know... watching that woman scrape every ml of slush from the blender with a half washed wet hand.... and looking around and seeing the dirty menu.... not very appetising at all.

We've tried a few bubble Teas around the city and this was literally the best! Such an under rated place. They used oat milk for our non dairy options that was delicious! Great price on their bubble Teas and they were so friendly. We got the mango milk tea with pearls and Ferrero Rocher slushy bith super delicious. This is our new favorite place.

i love it here. good bubble tea of course, but also because the smell of the brewing tea is very nostalgic to me and it makes me happy. also i love the pomegranate red tea and this is the last location that still has it on the menu! <3

I would die for this place. Kidding, it is probably the best bubble tea shop in all of BC, and I drink a lot of it. Highly recommend their slush series, no one else comes close to their flavor and quality.

Bought a bbt & bubble waffle.After going so many years was disappointed with my bbt.Not sure if they changed the recipe but wasn’t great.Waffle was nothing special.I thought everyone had the same basic recipe.
Been coming here for years and generally receive quality drinks, today however both drinks were garbage and tossed. Milk tea tasted like nothing as if there was no tea used, and the taro was flavourless.
