The best BBQ in downtown hands down. I've been to many different spots and for the price buckstop is unbeatable. Drinks are delicious and the food is amazing. Everything is very well priced I would recommend this place to anyone who is around.

So glad I found this spot! Great BBQ, great beer, bourbon and cocktails. Pretty much everything made fresh in house (they even make their own ketchup and mustard!). The beef chorizo sausage is out of control!!! Friendly no nonsense service with a laid back vibe, and late hours for all of us hospitality people in need of a good meal after a long day. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely amazing! The owner is the sweetest and so attentive. We went on a double date and ordered the “full stop” - best decision!! Amazing food and service. Highly recommend. Drinks are also ON POINT.

Do not come here. The beef back ribs was so tough it’s almost like ripping a piece of rubber off my tire and chewing it. The server was kind enough to warn us but I did not expect it to be THIS BAD.

I’ve never experienced such awful service in a restaurant before. The waitress was incredibly rude. Food wasn’t great at all. The cuts of meat here are really disappointing for a meat joint and the fries weren’t fresh, they’d clearly been reheated. We were really looking forward to dining here so it’s such a disappointment we had such a bad experience. Wouldn’t be back and would certainly tell my friends not to visit.

They put some work into their food. You can tell they care about what they are doing. The ketchup was even homemade. The drinks are very well crafted and great. The customer service was also excellent.

If I could give a 0 star I would…. Just awful! I don’t usually give bad reviews but this place is incredibly bad! The sandwiches taste horrible and are the smallest portion i’ve ever seen, the smallest sandwich and only comes with one tiny and thin piece of meat! It comes with Costco tasting fries and with terrible coleslaw! And all of that for $17?!? Not worth it at all! The waitress was rude and honestly unprofessional….. This is the worst restaurant in deman street! Go down a block and you’ll get better food with better prices!

Good pulled pork and hush puppies, decent chicken. The ribs were so overcooked that they were completely inedible... Corn bread was dry. Disappointing since the platter was $70 and couldn't eat 2/5 of it. I wouldn't eat here again and I wouldn't recommend it to someone. Also the bathroom was very unclean with grime, dirt on all surfaces, and falling apart.

We had the poor excuse for a “smoked brisket sandwich” it was ONE piece of 5mm thickness for 17$!! It came with terrible burnt fries and old soggy coleslaw. It was the type of food people give out for free… server was rude too so mad she didn’t get a tip… how do you expect people to tip when you are robbing them?

Our family of 5-1/2 had the cheese sticks, Would highly Half Stop platter and a Chicken Burger. This was more than enough food to feed us. The food was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. The Caesar cocktails were also outstanding.
