We had dinner at Bufala and it was delicious ...pizza and salads hit the spot! The food was excellent, they use only the best ingredients. What stood out to us that particular night was the service, the waiter was so warm and down to earth, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish I could remember his name! We are old time visitors who have not been back for several years and were disappointed. The Kale Caesar had changed from once an icon salad and the pizza crusts arrived soggy without much toppings to identify and taste. Really changed from earlier days of excellence.
