I had a very delicious pepperoni pizza with honey, which was an interesting combination for me and a glass of white wine. And a tiramisu. This all from the happy hour menu. Mondays are all day happy hour! And thank you for being very dog friendly. We'll be back soon 😘

Horrible brunch spot. Just look at the poached eggs — completely overcooked with dry, stiff yolks. The potatoes on the side were dry and flavorless. The so-called sauce for the eggs was bland and watery, and the toast portion was laughably small (just two thin slices).

The pork sausage had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the dessert pancake was overly sweet with no depth in flavor — just sugar overload. To top it off, the lemonade cost $7 and was unbearably sour.

There are plenty of better brunch places in town. This one is well below average — I honestly don’t know where the chef trained, but this was far from professional. Definitely not recommending or coming back.

Came here on a Monday night and found out their Happy hour is all day Monday and Tuesday. Took advantage of the cheaper menu to try out the dishes. Really liked the four cheese Arancini , the pepperoni and hot honey pizza and tiramisu. Seating was very comfortable and our server was attentive. I remember Bufala's oxtail pizza from long long ago in their Kerrisdale location. It was really good then but now because of inflation this dish is nowhere to be found. I hope they keep up their all day Happy hour. It was enjoyable.

Nice place and nice area... But so disappointed... I was eating my pizza when I saw a little mouse running between the tables🐭🐁...
I couldn't finish my food and at the end I told the waitress, but she only said that it is difficult to control them in the winter and in large spaces, I was in shock for her answer!!!... Probably they have a lot of 🐭🐁 mouses... PLEASE DON'T GO!!
I will never forget my Valentine's Day dinner...

We have ordered 3 pizzas Friday night, it was awful. After more than 1 hour we have received our order too cold, the bread was so soft like a pita bread not pizza bread. Not tasty at all. No one could eat anything and ended up with order food from another place.

My hubs and I were craving for pasta, so decided to give Bufala a try. I was delighted to find out they have all day HH on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ordered a glass of house red, a hot toddy, a kale Caesar salad, bolognese rigatoni and truffle short rib pappardelle. I asked if bartender can make hot toddy, at first the server said no, but she asked the bartender and he said yes. It was more acidic than the other ones I drank, perhaps it needs more honey and also lack the cinnamon or cloves. The kale Caesar salad was very good, well seasoned and mixed with flavorful anchovies, bacon crumbs and panko for the crispy texture. The two pastas, Rigatoni Bolognese and Truffle short rib pappardelle, were both cooked to al dente. Sauce is thick and delicious, and both dishes were piping hot. The server surprisingly did not come to check on us how we like the pasta and whether it was up to our standards. But other than the lack of attentiveness, truly all the food was good. We were too full to try dessert, but I look forward to try that next time.

Excellent and delicious food served here. The lunch 3 course was really worth every penny. Atmosphere is light and airy; a must-have is the apple upside down cake. The entrees we tried were so good we knew we must return with friends! The only thing somewhat underwhelming was the arugula salad as would have liked a little something else veggiewise added . Wonderful service as well. Perhaps the music could be toned down a little.
Looking forward to trying some of the other enticing menu items next time.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night after seeing its great Google reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered two pizzas for take out, including a Pesto and Ricotta pizza with prosciutto added for an extra charge. However, the prosciutto was missing when I opened the box.

I immediately called the restaurant, but no one answered. I left a voicemail explaining the issue, but no one has bothered to return my call. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant wouldn't ensure the accuracy of an order or follow up with a customer about a complaint.

First impressions matter, and this experience has left me disappointed. I hope the restaurant improves its customer service and order accuracy for future customers.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a delightful pre-Christmas celebration with my girlfriends, and it couldn’t have been better! The festive spirit was in the air, and we made the most of their all-day happy hour on Monday and Tuesday—a deal not to be missed for food and drink lovers.

We started with a customized cocktail, the Salted Cucumber Collins, which was a surprising treat with its refreshing cucumber flavor—unexpected yet delightful! From the happy hour menu, we ordered garlic bread paired with a rich and flavorful marinara sauce, which was absolutely delicious. Another highlight from the appetizers was the Quattro Formaggi Arancini, a cheesy, vegetarian delight that was perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy inside.

For mains, we indulged in Rigatoni Bolognese, Mushroom Risotto, and Pesto and Ricotta Pizza. While all were good, the risotto stood out with its creamy texture and earthy mushroom flavor, making it our top pick of the evening.

No festive dinner is complete without dessert, and their tiramisu was the perfect ending. It was indulgent, well-balanced, and absolutely irresistible. This restaurant has truly impressed us, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for your next gathering or celebration!

Vegetarian options: Quattro Formaggi Arancini.

Parking: There is 3 hr free parking in the building .

Delicious Italian food. Definitely worth trying. The Burrata salad with beets and toasted sourdough was really good but I think I would prefer the sourdough untoasted as it gets kinda hard and dry. But the Burrata itself was soft and creamy and pure yum. The boar ragu pappardelle tasted excellent with the perfect pasta texture that was wide and thick and covered with rich tomato and meat sauce. Last, the pepperoni and honey pizza was a tasty and nice mix of sweet and savoury. A very enjoyable and tasty meal.

I came here on Friday, November 22nd for a date night with my boyfriend. We ordered one pizza and two drinks. The drinks were alright but the pizza was SOGGY. Their service is also very slow. I have given this place 3 chances and now I will never go back. Some advice for the restaurant, if you can’t win over the locals, your business might fail.

Worst “Italian” restaurant I’ve ever been to!!! We waited almost 1 hour to get our pasta and the carbonara was so watery, we didn’t even eat half of it. I ordered the boar papardelle and the pasta itself was overcooked. The only thing I liked was the kale Caesar salad. Never again!!!
