The chicken Parmesan sandwich is a work of art. The bun is perfectly soft and chewy, the chicken is juicy and crunchy and all the sauces work perfectly. One of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a while.
The fries are also excellent and flavorful.

In a world of hyperbolic reviews, this is my truth: These are without a single doubt the best fries in the city. The Eggplant Parm (my favourite) and every Chicken Parm sandwich my meat-eating friends order is inhaled (definitely try their pickles and peppers - amazing!). The combo is a full meal at $20 and makes you appreciate the care put into the food at this worker-owned business.
I love fries. They have been my favourite food since I was 14, and I have tried as many possible varieties, restaurants, and regions that serve fries as I possibly could. These surpass Brussels, Paris, London, Canterbury, Jackson, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Greenville... them all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to seating and no stairs from the spacious parking area make this nearly ideal. Picnic tables (outdoor) leave a bit to be desired for larger wheelchairs, but indoors has easy options downstairs.

After moving to Van from Toronto three years ago, I quickly learned that there were no Chicken Parm sandwiches to be found in the lower mainland. I just discovered these guys and man oh man, they exceeded my expectations. Such a unique approach to the simple classic I was used to. When asked if I wanted everything on it, I wouldn't have it any other way when a kitchen offers up what they have custom built. Homemade Italian breading, juicy chicken on a nice fresh bun, slightly sweet tomato sauce, complimented by fresh and crispy fennel and house pickled serranos. Can't wait.for my next visit!

I placed an order for dinner (two chicken parm sandwiches, fries, and salad) and mentioned that it was to be a surprise birthday dinner for my partner. What we received was above and beyond! The food is delicious as always, came so fast and travels well! The basil mayo is next level, the chicken is always so juicy, and there is the perfect sauce to cheese to everything else ratio - but what made it extra great was an extra little birthday treat with the order!
Life had been a bit on top of me lately, so I felt a bit scattered leading up to and trying to plan something special for this birthday. Burdy's generosity and thoughtfulness really made this day so special, and I can't wait to visit again in person! Can't recommend them enough!

One of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time ! Chicken was juicy , tasted fresh ! Brioche bun was buttery , all the flavours put together were delicious.. if you want a bit spicy add the pickled Serrano peppers. Friendly staff and they bring your order out to you. Overall really good experience ! Cute little patio area would be great for summer , we came when it was still a bit chilly .
