Been here twice a couple of years apart, the other 3* and lower reviews are all pretty accurate. Service isn't particularly fast, even with 4 or 5 employees behind the counter and being 1 of only 4 customers in the store. Not really a smash burger, there was a bit of crisp on the edges but overall the patty was just a sad dull grey. Thankfully still juicy and not overcooked, but none of the proper smash burger umami. Not much crisp in the veggies, also sad and mushy, along...

In and Out meets a Gourmet McDonald's cheeseburger - but slightly heavier. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend 😋
