I am a regular customer over there. They always serve with smiling face and all. They are very nice. They always greet their customers nicely. And about last incident about the washroom I was there. They were 6 people and they order one water bottle and they all want to use the washroom. That’s not right. People need to think straight and smartly. Manager said them nicely and they were so misbehaving with the manager . It’s not good at all.

Yesterday, my friend and I went to a store to buy a bottle of water. The person working there, an older man with a bald head, was extremely rude. When we politely asked if we could use the restroom, he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying, “Do I look stupid to you? You can’t go.”
His attitude towards customers was shocking and unprofessional. Based on this unpleasant experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I was there yesterday because I want to got the Best Buy but when it’s open till that I grab a seat and mind my own businesses, then a guy came somewhat old and wearing specs yelled at me saying if not going to buy anything you cannot stay . Perhaps it’s my fault but there are ways to speak to people. I saw lot negative comments after seeing reviews i guess the management doesn’t care about the customers at all.

I walk in go to the register and the manager Donald is serving me, I say namaste, this guy gets upset, then I say hello in French still this guy is pissed. He then threatened to call the police and was very rude for no reason I can understand, I leave with me food. I walked in on Oct 30 2024, Donald is at the cashier starts yelling at me and threatening to call the police. Police come and detain me for Trust passing by Assault. They end up telling me never to come back or I will be arrested, I’m still very confused about it all. How can somebody working at Burger King get upset over saying namaste. Please help me figure this out.

Love this burger 🍔 king 👑 in the granville mall hood /entertainment district area ... lots of space ✨️ to seat around .....its got lots of verity from beef ,chicken, fish , veggie /vegetarian burgers 🍔 ....got Washrooms , indoor seating ....its in a historic building ...its in a good location not far from public transportation stations ,clubs etc .....staff are friendly here .

It was a very bad experience. The person taking the order was talking rudely. They did not provide me the option to pay by cash as they don't have change. Burger taste was also not good

It's cheap but definitely not worth. I ordered a cheese burger and it was the saddest thing I've ever seen and tasted in my life. It was bland and tasted unfresh. The meat was so 1/4 of the bun, it was just sad. Might as well go to McDonald's. I ordered a soft cone and even though it's like 39 cents cheaper than McDonalds, I still prefer McDonald's since the cone that I was served had random little black strings in it. An abomination of a food chain and made my night so much worse.
