The service was outstanding at Burgos however I was very disappointed that my favourite fab salad was not there anymore and the replacement crunch salad they have now is flavorless:( I have been coming to this place for a couple years now and always have fab salad. Now I’m not sure I’ll be coming anymore their menu has a few of my face things missing now

This location has been circling the drain for awhile now.... from the cringeworthy food, the dirty bathrooms to the lackluster service, appears they have just given up. We used to go there on a regular basis but after today's pathetic experience, never again!

amazing comfort food on a rainy vancouver day. i love their tomato soup and grilled cheese. the menu is a bit absurdly overpriced, but it’s a nice treat once in a while.

Great find, our first evening in Vancouver, and we were looking for a quick meal. The mention of comfort food really appealed to us, do we deciced to try them out.
The garlic shrimp, lobster bisque and the beef bourguignon were all wonderful.
The chocolate banana bread pudding was the perfect warm dessert to round out or meal.

Daniel our server was great.
Really liked the ambiance and vibe of the place.
We shall return to try the French onion Soup and other delights.

The food was not the quality it used to be. Reserved a table and ended up by the bathroom and kitchen door. Will not be coming back

Angela was our server, and she was fantastic. Full of energy, had knowledge of the menu, and the seasonal items down pat

Shortly after ordering we were told they were out of the carnitas for the Mac and cheese, no biggy. Replaced it with bacon. Couple minutes later they came out again to say they were out of Brie. Super dissapointing since that's why we came by, and in the end two-thirds of the menu items we ordered were out of stock.

Stumbled upon this place and was loved it. Great menu and drinks and the wait staff was excellent and attentive without being overbearing. Everything we had was good.

Pleasant setting, and tasty food, but not large enough portions for my liking.

Why anyone would come to Vancouver and not eat here is beyond me. If I lived in Vancouver I would eat here every day and die happy. My heart breaks for lactose intolerant folks. Burgoo Forever!

Nice casual diner, with home style comfort meals. Food proportions are good enough to satisfy your hunger. The interior design looks a bit rustic with wooden tables and paneling, and the servers play into this style with plaid shirts, but the background music is more funky (I like it, and very complimentary to the overall feel of the place).

came here for a convenient dinner as it was near my hotel. Had the soup and salad combo, which is such a great deal considering the portion size of both the soup and salad! Everything was tasty and left me very pleasantly full- I also loved the bread and asked for a few extra pieces, which the staff very gladly brought over for me. 10/10, would return to try other items on their menu!

The Eggplant Parmesan sandwich was absolutely delicious, as was the FAB salad. A little less onions in that salad though would be preferred.

The food was so distinctively comforting and tasty. I personally had their beef bouginion and it was nothing like I expected, It was a complex combination of savory, rich and comforting flavours all in one. Their french onion soup was also amazing, the best I've had ever. The atmosphere was so welcoming and cozy, the staff was also so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a mid ranged budget and looking for a casual dining experiencd.
