Butterfly Tea And Dessert

I recently visited Butterfly Tea & Dessert and it was honestly such a great experience. The first thing that stood out was the variety of bubble tea they offer — there are so many options, from classic milk teas to ice cream slushes and even more fruit tea options. No matter what you’re into, there’s definitely something for you. The toppings selection is also really good, with different pearls, jellies, and foams that are very cheap to add in your drink. The quality of the drinks were amazing too. The flavors tasted fresh and well-balanced, and the pearls had the perfect chewy texture — not too hard or too soft. You can tell they actually care about making their drinks properly.
The atmosphere was another highlight. I have to mention hoe cute the owner decorated the shop with all the different kpop posters and merch. In addition, shop has a really kpop vibes and posters to take a photo with. Making it a nice place to hang out with friends or just relax. It’s clean, well-decorated, and has a welcoming feel that makes you want to stay longer.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re into bubble tea or just looking for a chill spot to enjoy desserts and drinks.

Best bubble tea in the area, and I SO love chatting with the owners, even if it's only for the 3 minutes it takes to get my order. Run by a lovely family. I usually get the brown sugar bubble tea with light ice, and its never too sweet.

Such a welcoming environment. Everyone welcome no matter what your feelings for kpop are. Nush and her parents are lovely people that I look forward to visiting with. Whether you come to a kpop event or any other time, it's always worth it.

I love the vibe of the bubble tea shop.

i love this place so much. the owners are a very kind family and they love to chat about how things are going or listen to me complain about school work haha! there is a variety of drinks to choose from along with some small desserts. they do lots of k-pop themed events and even though im not the biggest fan of k-pop it's still a nice place to hangout with your friends or have a drink and study. super friendly and kind staff, just a lovely place to get some bubble tea.

It’s disappointing to see K-pop idols used primarily as a marketing gimmick rather than offering real quality. The drinks are overpriced and made with syrup instead of fresh fruit, especially noticeable when the neighboring shop offers fresher options at better value.

I regret visiting and won’t return. The extremely high rating does not match my experience and feels misleading based on what I encountered as a customer.

The business currently being listed for sale at a low asking price further reinforces my impression that the concept has not been successful despite relying heavily on idol-related marketing.

A family business which provides a very welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. They specialize in K-pop in their decor and events and my daughter loves to go there for hours. The tea selection is wide ranging, each hand made, high quality. A terrific local business we should support.

Wow, no words for this place. The staff and owner are so friendly, it changed my perspective on bubble tea chains as a whole. With exceptional service and accommodation, this is genuinely the best bubble tea place I’ve been to, not just taste wise, but atmosphere as well. I am impressed, and I hope to visit once more when I come to Vancouver again.

Honestly one of the best bubble tea I have had in a long time. We ordered Taro Ice-creme Slush with boba. I would definitely visit again when I return to vancouver.

This place is fantastic. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and the slushy he made is so good I literally had to stop at the bench 3 steps out the door to leave 5 stars.
