Kassandra and Kayla were awesome! Exceptional service and really friendly overall. Kassandra went above and beyond and would definitely recommend. Great chill atmosphere in the dining room, and loved the food. Kitchen was on point, thanks for an amazing time!

This has been one of the most amazing dining experiences of my life, our server Amena was amazing but also stunning. She could be an amazing model but instead she gave us an amazing service and a wonderful experience.
I should preface this review by saying that it is for the use of gift cards for online delivery orders only (I love their food, restaurants & service!). Google says that Cactus Club gift cards cannot be used for online orders, but then why would there be a button for payment with a gift card (where one enters the gift card number & the PIN) when I order online? It has now happened to me with THREE different orders (i.e. it has never worked) that I have entered the gift card information, the correct balance comes up, but when it is applied to the charge, the amount is less than the balance, sometimes significantly so. The first time it happened it was approx. $10 off. I have called head office & also the Granville & Broadway location & both confirmed the correct gift card balance, but could not explain the discrepancy in its online application. I love Cactus Club, but this is very frustrating.
I mistakenly confirmed an online order at this location. I tried to cancel it immediately afterward, but there was no option on the website to do so. I tried calling but could not speak to a person, they just played a recording in which none of the options were to cancel the online order. I kindly request a refund of the amount since I was unable to cancel my order through the website or over the phone immediately after placing the order. I request a refund of the amount, or a voucher for the same order that I can use at the BRENTWOOD location, which was the location I wanted to have placed the order at. Thank you!
The menu has limited selection comparing to last year. Food is on the salty side for my taste. Not such option for guest with dietary restriction, like Vegan or Gluten free.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience I had today. I ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and teriyaki chicken bowl, and to my shock, I found a long, clearly spoiled piece of lettuceâpossibly not fresh and dry from the root partâattached to my wrap.
I usually like to shred the lettuce into the chicken mixture myself, and just as I was about to take a bite, I noticed a discolored, decaying leaf right at my mouth. At that moment, I couldnât even tell whether I had already ingested any part of it. I suspect this was not the only piece in that condition, which raises serious concerns for me about your kitchenâs quality control and food safety standards.
Of course, I understand Cactus Club CafĂ© is not considered a high-end fine dining establishment, but still, when I choose to eat at a restaurant rather than at home, I do so expecting a certain level of freshnessâespecially when it comes to raw ingredients like lettuce. If the quality cannot be ensured, I would honestly prefer you serve only the stir-fried chicken without the lettuce.
Iâm very upset about this experience, and I hope your team can take this feedback seriously and investigate the situation. Freshness and food safety should be fundamental priorities, and I believe your customers deserve better.
You have got to try the butternut squash ravioli - they're so stupidly delicious!!! Like how can ravioli be this darn good? It's crazy! Take my money and give me more ravioli please!!!
Service is great! The servers are super attentive and thoughtful, my water cup is always full no matter what lol
The atmosphere is probably one of the best in town. The old fancy vibe with the goofy chubby Mona Lisa painting makes me giggle every time I see it.
The best Cactus Club Iâve been to, and one of the best ambience in restaurants hands down, complete with baroque paintings and furniture

Great experience. Robert our waiter made the experience excellent. Super dedicated and helpful. The service he provided was of the highest standard.
Thank you for creating a delightful space for us to celebrate my friends birthday. Right from entering the restaurant and the warm genuine greeting from the hostess. We arrived ahead of our reservation and she had a table for us anyway and even took the time for some friendly chatter even though the place was packed. Then our server (an Irish lad) was terrific. Same thing. Just the right amount of attention and checking up on us. Weâve tried 5 or 6 different cactus club locations and this one is by far our favourite. And the poke bowl was delicious as well as the bday dessert. Thank you.
I wanted add that the manager (is it Kayla? If I remember correctly?), went above and beyond. I am a decade long customer at Cactus and found that my favorite dish âhunter chickenâ has been removed from the menu; she kindly offer sugguestion for alternative version that resembles the taste to Hunter Chicken. She didnât have to do that but she did, her service itself determines that I will be visiting back at this Cactus branch. Kudos to her! (And her sugguestion tasted awesome; still miss the OG Hunter Chicken though!)
Please train your servers to treat Uber drivers with respect.
As someone who has previously dined at your restaurant, I find it disappointing to see a clear and paradoxical difference in how your staff treats Uber delivery drivers compared to in-house customers. Receiving tips should not justify a change in basic courtesy and professionalism.
Went there for lunch so wasn't super busy. Had a basic burger and it was absolutely amazing, one of the better burgers I've had. Staff were feindly.
