We were a party of 5 out for lunch. Each of us commented on how their meal was mediocre at best. We all ordered a variety of burgers. I ordered the Feeney burger, it was a complete mess, The mushrooms were so wet that it made the bun a soggy mess that fell apart after the first bite. The patty was so thin that many bites had no meat. At this price point, the expectation is better quality and not for each bite to be worse than the last. Don’t waste your time if you want a good burger.

We had a terrible experience celebrating here. Our group of 5 ordered at 11:30 PM, and the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, with some items coming even later. They even served the ice cream with the hot main courses! Before we could even take our first bite, the server shoved the bill in our faces. At 12:23 AM, they warned us they close at 12:30 AM. They expected us to finish a massive order of 9 items and dessert in under 20 minutes. To top it off, they forgot our dessert spoons, and after we finally got them at 12:32 AM, the server literally stood there staring at us, pressuring us to get out. Ruined our celebration completely. Rushing customers who just spent a massive amount of money is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

We came in as a party of 5 to celebrate an occasion and spent $235, only to be rushed out the door like an inconvenience. We ordered 9 main items, 5 drinks, and a dessert at 11:30 PM. Our food took over 30 minutes to prepare, with the first items arriving at 12:03 AM and the rest trickling in another 10 minutes later. To make matters worse, they brought the ice cream out at the exact same time as the hot food. The moment the final plate touched the table—before we could even take a single bite—the server slapped the bill down. Talk about incredibly rude and unwelcoming. At 12:23 AM, another server came over to remind us that the doors close at 12:30 AM. So, let me get this straight: you take over 30 minutes to cook our food, but expect us to shovel down 9 dishes and dessert in less than 20 minutes? When we finally tried to eat our dessert, we realized they didn’t even bother giving us spoons. We had to go track a server down at 12:30 AM just to get cutlery. We finally got spoons at 12:32 AM, and by 12:33 AM, the exact same server came and literally hovered over our table, staring at us to pressure us to leave. We come here regularly, no one treated us like this even we sit there till 12:45 or 1am. I am the one who brings my friends for celebration.i think I made big mistake. It was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and hostile. To actively pressure paying customers to leave their food unfinished during a celebration is completely unacceptable. We paid a premium price for a miserable, rushed experience. Never again.

We came in for a late dinner tonight and had an amazing experience! Dani was our server and was very helpful, kind and made us feel taken care of. The service was 10/10 and the food was delicious as well! Raspberry cheesecake was the perfect way to end the night. We will definitely be back again soon!

We were back again to this place. The athmosphere is good, the service and of course, the food. Better to reserve, it is always crowded.
I took one bite of the blackened Cajun chicken sandwich and it was an instant no for me. I actually tried my hardest to finish it because I’ve had it so many times at other Cactus Club Cafe locations and it’s usually good… but this one was just so bad.
The flavor was off, the chicken didn’t taste right, and overall it just wasn’t enjoyable at all. I don’t know what happened at this location, but it was nothing like what I’m used to.
Honestly really disappointing. I wouldn’t come back to this location again.

Extremely disappointed with Cactus Club Cafe - 1530 W Broadway.
I’ve been ordering the Szechuan chicken lettuce wraps from this location for over 1.5 years and always request extra of the two sauces. I’ve never been charged before.
Yesterday, I was suddenly charged an additional $6–$7 for two very small sauces — with no notice, no clear disclosure, and no approval on my end. There is nothing in the ordering process that clearly indicates an extra charge for this request. See pics attached.
When I called and spoke with the manager, Aiousea (don’t know correct spelling), I was told this has been their “standard policy for years,” which directly contradicts my repeated past orders. Instead of acknowledging the inconsistency, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Unexpected charges and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Losing a long-time repeat customer over two small sauces says a lot. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The overall experience was exceptional but thoroughly disappointed they wouldn't let me take home my birthday desert.like next time I'll get my free desert and bring my Tupperware and take it home. So sad considering 2 people with birthdays today Valentines day and we had a party of 15
