Very dated decor. Service was super slow during happy hour. Food was inconsistent with other locations. Ended up getting charged full price for happy hour items.

We took our two grandsons' for dinner and it was not DQ or Mickey Ds'. There experience was fantastic as they both said to us the best chicken strips they had and as you are aware, kids are chicken strip experts. When we arrived there were crayons, colouring sheets and toys to entertain them. This is all thanks to Kayla as she made sure we had a positive experience as we did. Like always she looked after us.

First time at this location and we had an amazing experience. It was my birthday and we didn’t have a table booked, so they got us a nice table by the window and the waitress Laurenne D went out of her way to make our whole experience an amazing one, she was absolutely amazing!!! , the food was fabulous and thank you for my birthday desert! The whole place is super cool and trendy and we will be coming back again for sure!!!

Very Friendly personel. We had 2 Thai Curry which tasted in our opinion very good and authentic. Our son's had different burgers and were both very enthusiastic about the taste. That happens not often.

The tasty menu has a good variety including Ocean-approved Fish, Baja Fish Tacos, Salmon, Chicken, Steaks, Bowls, Sushi Salads, Deserts, Vegetarian options, Desserts, Happy Hours, etc.
They are always adding mew items to the faves on both Drinks & Food Menu.
When I am injured or unwell Take Out is also always a positive customer experience.

Worst customer service. Ordered for pick up and was told 20 mins, got there and was told to wait another 20 mins (I ordered a salad only) when they bring it out it has the wrong bill (if I didn’t notice I would’ve been charged $83 for 1 salad) I said something and that took another 5 mins waiting for the manager to come rectify the situation, all he does is laugh and say “sorry about that”, won’t be coming back to this location.

This place is always my go to for mini burgers, drinks, and appetizers. 😋 The vibe is always on point, and the food never lets me down. Whether I’m with friends or just grabbing a quick bite on my own, it’s always a solid choice.

Cactus Club Cafe's Broadway and Granville location offered a mixed experience during my recent happy hour visit. I stopped by around 2:30 PM on a Thursday and was pleased to find plenty of seating available, making for a relaxed and comfortable start.

While the staff were generally accommodating and respectful, the service did have a couple of hiccups. It took about 3-5 minutes to be served, and I actually had to pour myself my own water as there wasn't a follow-up after my food arrived.

However, let's talk about the food – it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the tuna temaki, prawn crunch roll, and Szechuan beans, and while everything was great, the sushi was the shining star of the meal.

It was clear from the first bite that the chef put a lot of love and care into preparing the food. The quality and freshness were evident, and each dish was a delight.

Despite the minor service issues, the exceptional food makes me confident I'll be back to this Cactus Club Cafe. Great work on the culinary front, team!

Came back a second time and it was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed the Green Goddess Salad with the Pina Colada. Both were excellent and the staff super attentive. Thanks for the bounce back Cactus Club.

Last night my wife got locked out of the parkade. The manager was kind enough to help her, he went over and beyond the call of duty. Came down with his key fob and met her. We appreciate it so much. We will definitely be back as the food here is incredible. Best lettuce wraps in the world. Even Drake eats at this place!

Great Cactus club location, near the Canada line station. Service was very good, food came out pretty quickly, the Lava cake is amazing!

The most impressive thing about this Cactus location are the washrooms. They are downstairs, I am not sure if they are wheelchair accessible, but they are so nice , large and clean. There was a large wheelchair stall I am just not sure how you would get downstairs.

Usually you can get a last minute reservation here, it’s not a very busy location. The noise level was good, some trendy background music but it was at a good level that you can hear your table conversation.
