Food is pretty good. Standard bar foods. Nothing super special, but prices are fairly reasonable for food. Drinks I find are quite overpriced. Service and food quality are pretty good though. Burgers are tasty. Had the blackended chicken sandwich. It waz excellent. My one complaint is, both the music is loud and also when I went another group of patrons were quite loud and obnoxious. Too bad. Couldn't talk to people.

The service wasn't that great considering it's a nice place.The drinks were good and the price was reasonable.We got no water! I asked for water yet nothing happened. We ordered more drinks and asked for water again! Drinks came and still no water. I thought bringing water for the guests were standards everywhere.

It took 20 minutes for our Server to come and ask if we like to order something, she wasn't interested, we had to call the Hostess to order food.When the food came, our Server came one's to check and didn't offer for refills on our drinks.Another Server was more attentive than the Short Asian Server we had, the Tall Blonde Server was more helpful and at the end when we were finished we had to get the Manager for the Bill because the Short Asian Server never came back to see we were finished.At the time the restaurant wasn't busy, was 80% occupied.Felt like since didn't had any alcohol drinks ? our Server didn't attend to us as we so her twice and last time was to take payment after Manager had it printed... WEAK.We spend over $150.00 but it seems like we didn't worth to be attentive.Very disappointed ?

Want to take a moment to commend the staff @ this Location. For an amazing dine in experience.Food and ambience wise you know what your going to get when you pick Cactus as your choice. The food is pretty much consistent across the board and it's usually bumping with good jams with a great energyWriting this review to shout out our customer service experience.Sam our server and her manager Andrià put on a throwback amazing customer service experience. Hat off to you both!In a time where customer service has become faded especially during rush hour crowds this one sticks out above most to the point where you had to get on here and give them the STARS they deserve. Amazing job ladies!So if you looking for a good service experience I would strongly suggest a visit in Sam's section.Stay Blessed!

Instead I watched the busser walk out with other peoples orders and do other things. I asked our server (once I was able to get their attention) for the condiment again, and didn’t receive it until after I finished my meal.

Was in Tuesday for my birthday & my gf is a regular there so she wanted a booth.The host said ok I’ll put you in a temporary spot.We ordered a bottle & was told it be a short while.After 2 hrs nothing still including very little service.The manager asked if I wanted another bottle.I said just waiting for a booth and we will order another and food.The manager Gabe whom my gf and I have never seen before said will that’s not going to happen!I said will that’s too bad it’s my birthday.He said nope it’s concert day.We ended up staying but completely ruined my whole image of cactus and my birthday.Will never dine at this dingy unclassy & rude location again.
