I love the London Fog at this café 😄 They make it exceptionally well 👌🏻 We also really enjoy the atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the last time we ordered soup and an egg-avocado breakfast croissant, the quality did not meet our expectations.

CAFE LOKAL First impression upon entering, we felt we've intruded upon a local hang out club of some sort. The clientele here are definitely regulars. While we were looking around getting oriented, a very nice staff member directed us to a table for two. After checking the menu, I looked up and realized that most people walked up to the cashier to place the order. Just as we were about to stand up to do that, the friendly staff appeared to our rescue and took our order. We ordered avocado toast and half a salad. They use fresh ingredients, fresh slices of avocado are a welcome sight – much better than mashed avocado. We were a bit surprised at the lack of flare or garnish either on top or underneath, no roasted pepper spread, no mashed beet. My salad was another surprise, the half a salad was very large. There were abundant olives in the salad and event slices of avocado. Overall, it was a very affordable lunch, each item freshly made with fresh ingredients.

This is a very comfortable café with a great atmosphere. The seating is relaxing, the environment is pleasant, and it’s a lovely place to sit and unwind. Today I tried the egg breakfast croissant and it was quite good — very generous, with eggs, ham, and cheese. It even came with a side salad, which was a nice surprise. The portion size and quality were great value.
However, one serious issue needs attention: there was a leaking water pipe above me, dripping continuously. You can see it in my photo. It felt unsafe — if someone sat closer, the dirty water could easily drip onto their food. This isn’t just uncomfortable; it’s a food safety concern.
I hope the manager sees this and gets it fixed. Once the issue is resolved, I’d be happy to update my rating. Thanks,

Have our anniversary breakfast hear. Nice atmosphere and the music is relaxing. We ordered breakfast croissants and were impressed with the generous amount of salad veggies on the side. This will ensure we have enough nutrients for the day!

The coffee was perfectly made. I ordered a flat white, while my wife ordered a cortado for our drinks. We also ordered a croissant and avocado toast. The croissant was not that good, TBH. However, they don’t skimp on the avocado. It’s 1 whole avocado per toast, and was filling. The service was impeccable. The hostess was quick to get us a seat. The server was very polite and attentive. With only 2 people, they managed to quickly service a very busy cafe. Overall, great place. Will definitely come back. We came on Saturday morning on September 13.

Lokal is the best. Their sandwiches give me an instant vigor for life when I'm feeling sad that I don't live in Europe. I moved from this area and regret everything but I still find the time to grab a panini now and again everytime I drive by Kits. Love the staff too they're so kind and have a great memory. Ty for being the best cafe!

I didn't order anything to eat but my matcha latte was great, service was excellent and very friendly, as a result it felt very welcoming 💃🎊, which is something not often felt in Kits anything due to the energetics of the space & those serving customers.
