Nice cozy bar with a good atmosphere and design. It has both outdoor and indoor space with decent music being played in the inside. The cashiers and servers are also very polite and friendly. I ordered matcha tea which was pretty good. You can also order wine and beers and the place is open till 10pm from Thursday to Saturday which is big plus for me.

Cozy place where you can work on a laptop or study, have coffee with friends or come with kids, or as I did-come alone. It's super popular and for a reason. But you can find easily a table for yourself. They serve the best cappuccino in Vancouver, it's normal perfect taste, not sour or burnt taste like everywhere else. Food is also very tasty. No need to get up from the table for the order, they bring it to you-spoil you. 🤩

My sister just asked me for a recommendation for a cafe in kits and I immediately thought of Cafe Lokal and couldn’t believe I hadn’t left a review. I used to be neighbours with Sara and Zoran and they are the kindest people. I always felt like the world slowed down during the moments I spent having a coffee and bite at their cafe. They really captured the European flavour in the space and the outdoor seating under the trees is perfect for some summer shade. A true local gem 💛

Delicious food and very kind service! My friend and I were wondering where our food was, and they promptly rushed our order and took complete accountability for the long wait. The owner ( I think) was so generous and ended up comping our entire meal/giving us some yummy treats to go! Such friendly people, definitely coming back. Must check out if you’re around the Jericho beach area 😇

You are supposed to be seated, but nobody turns up. Then we could choose a table, but nobody told us, that you have to go inside to the counter to order & pay. The side salad was limp and one came without dressing. So I had to ask for dressing which was provided somehow annoyed. The qualtity of the Croissants and especially the toppings has room for improvement.
