It is highly recommended for anyone in Vancouver or visiting, although dinner may be unavailable due to travel schedules. Master Chefs oversee students who are learning the fine art of hospitality service. While the students have much to learn, few lack enthusiasm. It's a great experience all round with tasty dishes presented so well. Dinner at Chefs Table VCC was the best fine dining experience. The food, service, and ambience were excellent. The students who cooked, prepared, and served the food were well trained, and the instructors made the experience very special.
