Amazing food and really great service. We got the whipped ricotta crostino and the vodka pasta. The appetizer is super satisfying and even with the insane amount of truffle on top, it doesn't have an overpowering truffle taste. The vodka pasta blew me away. I'm normally not a fan of vodka sauce but this was probably one of the best pasta dishes I've had in my life and I will always dream about it. I also got the volpi spritz cocktail which...was personally not for me but it was nicely presented. My only complaint about the service would be that the pasta took over an hour to arrive, which is a little difficult to understand, but it was made up for in taste.

Food selection was limited for lunch. There was even a rule of, if one person wanted the course meal, the whole table would need to go with the course. For 2, it's fine. For 6 or above? I don't know.
Food wise, it's ok. Can't say there was a high note. But it wasn't terrible, too.

Came here on a Friday night with no reso, the hostess held the window table for us when we called to see if anything was available and was super accommodating, she was just as friendly when we arrived. Our server Jiro was amazing, super attentive and very engaging when talking about the food and drinks. I wasn’t sure what red wine I wanted, so he brought over two bottles based on my preference and let me try both while talking about the wine. As a former server now in the wine industry I found that to be above and beyond and really topped the experience. We ordered off the Pepinos menu as we were craving their pizza BUT will definitely be back to try some of there pasta dishes, we saw a lot of food come out and it all smelled and looked amazing. 10/10, super cozy atmosphere, perfect friday date spot!

Service and drinks were fabulous. Food left much to be desired. The squash (w/ burrata) was very undercooked & crunchy. Some pieces of squash were cooked perfectly, but a few must have slipped through without being fully done. Pasta was good but generally underwhelming & lacked in presentation.
Seating was way too close for comfort, but otherwise the general vibes of the restaurant & atmosphere were impeccable.
Overall, 5/10. Not bad, not great. Loved the vermouth flight at the start and the cute glassware. Price point didn’t reflect the quality of the meal.
The best americano in the commercial. I had a rush and I must have done something so I needed to place to sit immidiatly and I found here. Their dishes looks amazong next time I will try them too. The server was so friendly I told her I have a rush and I can only order coffee and she said okay so thanks again. I will come back for sure.

Nice atmosphere and service but the pasta was so mid. Only thing that was a game changer was whipped ricotta crostini. Sooo good. I don’t wanna slam their reviews because I feel like they clearly have a lot of potential. But the pasta dishes were not impressive to me

Had the most amazing experience at La Tana tonight. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Vancouver; great ambiance, food and service.
We started the evening with the Whipped Ricotta Crostini, followed by the Spicy Radiatori alla Vodka and Taggliatelli Special with Mushrooms. For dessert we had their famous Tiramisu and Pistachio Cannoli.
No photos included as food was consumed at record rate.
Special shout-out to their fantastic staff; from front and back of house, management and our server Jiro!
