A lovely coffee with a lovely design—warm, smooth, and almost too pretty to drink. The kind that makes you smile before the first sip. ☕✨

19.00 including the tip for a coffee and breakfast croissant sandwich. I brought my own mug and the person did the thing where they use their own large mug to fill your coffee mug and then tell you that that's all the drip coffee they can afford to give you. I said that's fine. The inside of the croissant was still frozen. The coffee was good though.

Cafe with varied options food and drink, moreover it’s spacious with indoor and outdoor dining options. The coffee blend of Artigiano is definitely worth a try.

There’s a lot to like about this location. Central location. Good coffee. Spacious interiors for working. Good sound insulation makes it easy to focus on work/conversations. The only issue?

What is up with their infrastructure?? It’s like the ownership enjoys playing pranks on the staff and making their jobs harder. The last three times I’ve walked in, it’s either been an instance of a POS system being completely down for card payments, the rewards system not working, or the WiFi being dead.

Someone please just pay the utilities bills so technology can work! Do it for the customers! And do it for the staff!

This cafe is a must-visit for breakfast lovers! Their caramel macchiato is perfectly balanced, and the breakfast croissant is a flaky, savory dream. Seriously, it's one of the best I've ever had. Fast service and a great start to the day!

They completely change their look in and out. When I want to find this shop, I am looking for the red canopy from afar. But they change it into black smaller canopy, I almost miss it.
The new price are seems too high for a neighbourhood cafe. The prices are gone up.
The decorations are too white for me. I like the old look of this cafe. The old style warmer colours like a family cafe to me.

Such a lovely experience today at this coffee shop! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, you could truly feel the genuine warmth in their service.
We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary delicious croissants.
It’s small gestures like this that make a big difference.
Thank you for the warm hospitality, we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been a regular here for a long time, and the service is always outstanding. Keegan and Taliyah are incredible — they remember my order before I even say it and strike the perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency.

The coffee is consistently great (I usually get an Americano), and I’ve always loved that they carry banana bread and lemon loaf from To Live For, a popular local bakery. But recently, the slices have been cut dramatically thinner — sometimes less than a centimeter — while still priced at $4.95. Since To Live For doesn’t pre-slice, this appears to be a head office decision.

Other cafés that carry these loaves serve normal, thicker portions — so this change feels like a profit move, and a disappointing one. Muffins and other items are pre-portioned, so only loaf customers are affected.

Keegan and Taliyah are the reason I’ll keep coming back — their service is exceptional — but I hope management reconsiders this change.

This is a lovely spot to watch people pass by in the neighborhood of Burnaby Heights. My coffee was delicious, hot, bitter, loved the design! The barista was kind enough to give my dog some cold water in a large cup as their water bowl had gone missing!

I'll be back!

Remember when a cafe had really good coffee at a fair price with a great ambience? Guess what: it still exists. This is a well run place.

Medium and dark roasts were Italian style (sorry, Starbucks lovers, this coffee is not burned.) Both are expertly roasted and prepared - lots of caramel, hints of fruit and chocolate. And no skimping on the strength of the coffee.

They also understand what a Cortado and a flat white are. I was happy with both.

I’d sum it up by saying come visit when you want more than what your chain store is delivering.
