Nice food but not a good service. Forgotten cookie beverages came one by one on the desk we had to go to get them but we were the only client ?! I don’t know if this is laziness or early morning wake up but there is definitely something to improve

Food was fine, server messed up my to go order after I was standing there for 30 minutes, didn’t apologize and made us wait for every single item we requested after giving away our sandwich to the wrong customer. Mind you we don’t eat ham so half the menu was already unavailable to us. Because we waited so long our drinks were watered down for the iced one, the hot drink got cold and again no offer to remake those either. I’d skip this one as the lack of accountability is astounding.

The service was pretty good, the baristas were nice and I think worked hard behind the counter. My bestie and I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, which were very stale, like croutons. The drinks were ok. When someone came to clear up the dishes from tables they didn't wipe them, only picked up the dirty dishes. I expected more from the outside look honestly.

We had a blast in the cafe!! The owners are kind and drinks were delicious. I definitely recommend their hot chocolate! They have a huge range of sandwiches as well that pairs perfectly with drink collection. Must try!!

MUST VISIT! DEFINITELY TRY THEIR SEASONAL DRINKS - gingerbread mocha latte was so so good! We also loved their hot chocolate, classic!! The capresse sandwich was very tasty, a great breakfast or brunch option.
This place is buzzing with energy. The staff is amazing, polite and will recommend the best.
Omg I tried a chicken baguette and it was delicious!!!!! Also, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and a caramel macchiato, and they were super good — I totally recommend them, and the location is perfect.

I really don’t understand how a business can charge $7 (inlc tax) for a latte and scald the milk. That is a premium price for such poor quality. Good coffee places in Vancouver are far and few between.
