Had a great experience at Café Artigiano's Mount Pleasant location today! I was there to for a work meeting and found it to be a perfect spot — bright, open, and spacious with plenty of seating. The corner location at Broadway and Manitoba is super convenient, and the atmosphere is both relaxed and professional. Great selection of coffee and tea, wonderful service, plus some delicious baked goods to snack on. Ideal place whether you're meeting friends or getting some work done. Highly recommend!

Nothing like a good coffee on a gloomy day. The place is clean and quiet, the only setback was some kind of cold and awkward atmosphere.

Bad drinks. I asked for a hot chocolate to drink at the caffe. It was in a paper cup and it have almost no taste. Do Not Recommend this Artigiano!

I got a caramel macchiato as I was having I realized it’s kinda bad. After having a few more sips come to the realization that it has almost nothing redeeming about it. Flavour was a bad mis match between coffee and caramel - this is to say I’ve gotten caramel macchiatos from other Artiganos and they’ve been fine. Worst part of this is that it’s $6.00 for a small, that’s ridiculous, the small is 2/3 the size of a small Tim’s coffee.

Overall everything seemed pretty overpriced for mid coffee

The barista is very nice but they definitely need a new employee to help with the morning rush...if you're n a rush, this is not the place for you since they take forever to get you your coffee.

Ordered a mocha from this cafe, it tasted unlike any mochas I've had (diluted with too much water), leaving a lot to be desired and I ended up dumping it. The staff returned my coffee mug with coffee water on the outside of the mug getting my hands dirty in the process.

Edited: perhaps i poated too soon, and am updating. The most senior worker was very apologetic for forgetting our beverages. She did refund me, and was very kind and polite. I updated from 1 star to 3 stars for service. The workers dont control the prices or the food directly - they were lovely.I paid nearly $50 for 2 wraps, a croissant, a hot chocolate, and a mocha. My ham and cheese wrap was barely edible. The ham was unreasonably thick for how undercooked it was, it was like chewing rubber. The greens were bitter and gave a weird after taste, and the scrambled eggs were so watered down with either milk or cheese that they were pouring from the wrap like liquid. I didn't finish it, despite paying over $10 for it. My daughter said her croissant was edible- so I suppose that a plus. Both my daughter and I were finished eating before they had even started our drinks. In fact, we had time to eat, I used the washroom, found their Google page, and left this review - and still haven't gotten our drinks.

The espresso has more water than espresso. The dial-in needs to be adjusted. My mocha tasted like water mixed wirh milk, rather than 2 espresso shots, chocolate syrup, and steamed milk.

First time here…just passing by and we stopped for a latte and hot chocolate. I just say I second the last review … found the store clean, cozy with great contemporary decor and a really great staffer (only on girl there with blond hair abs glasses). She was the only one working and is really good with customer service .. thanks ! May come back again. The matcha latte and hot chocolate was a little too sweet but overall not bad !!

Great place. Friendly staff ( girl ) only herself serving customers. Swamped! She did a wonderful job and in a professional, calm, friendly services with smiles. I know how that feels myself working on own ( no other help ) Owners/boss not around when its peak time or anytime. Bought the Almond Croissant, and Chocolate Croissant.
