Oh my goodness! What a wonderful little gem of a shop!! Staff was super friendly and kind! Went there at 5:30 lots of spaces to sit. Barista Jenny helped me out, she was absolutely lovely! (As were the other ladies working!) Would 100% come back here again! Had a lovely conversation that was so personable and sweet it made me want to come back everyday! (I'm not from the neighborhood, but I'll come back anytime I am!!)

Caffè Artigiano is such a cozy little spot — the kind of café that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy your coffee. Their rosemary vanilla latte is one of my absolute favorites — perfectly balanced, aromatic, and just a little bit unique without being over the top.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a good mix of people working, chatting, or just relaxing. The service is friendly and consistent, and the pastries are delicious — definitely worth grabbing one to go with your drink.

This Cafe is like my second home, Coffee and food is Excellent ,the Staff are like Family, friendly and fun to talk to, many nice people are regular customer's there, what makes me coming back all the time, thanks for all the beautiful memories everyone, starting with the owner ending with all the friendly Baristas.

Not even their staff , their management also unprofessional and so rude. I didn't even raised an issue about oat milk and they are making their own stories ... so funny and unprofessional. Our order was under my brother's name. We had the breakfast there and their staff is so so rude .... we won't recommend this location to anyone in kerrisdale . The artigano location on Broadway is much much better than this kerrisdale location. We will never recommend this location to anyone. RUDE STAFF Nicole, and VERY RUDE MANAGER .... !! NEVER GO THIS LOCATION OF ARTIGANO .... BETTER Choose another location or go to the best Starbucks and Honolulu Cafe!!

I recently visited this local gem in Kerrisdale, which I frequent for business meetings. Usually, I come here for a coffee and a small pastry, but today I was in need of beans and decided to buy a bag. To my surprise, the cashier informed me that purchasing a bag of beans came with a free drink! Naturally, I asked for a flat white. However, the barista (Nicole) kindly let me and the new cashier know that the policy was only for drip coffee. I offered to pay, but their exceptional customer service shone through as they waived the charge and made an exception.
This is what service should be — accommodating, friendly, and above all, generous. Nicole made me feel like I was part of the Artigiano community. I’ll definitely be back, not just for my regular coffee, but to pick up more bags of their amazing beans. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Kerrisdale!
