The service gals are sweet and friendly. But boy they have let this place go. It’s been a while since my last visit but I’m working close so stopped in a couple times this last week. Pastries used to be delicious and fresh now their Safeway quality. Had a breakfast burrito this morning, which used to be a staple. It was inedible. A good French pastry place goes in next door and Caffe A decides to say fu(¥ it and write it in. It a shame…so goes Vancouver.

They used to have the very best chocolate croissants. No more after the corporate decision to bake in house. Unfortunately, they are on the stale side with far less flavour. Now going somewhere else.

Friendliest cafe staff you'll ever have serve you coffee! It's a shame the food menu changed though because now everything is SO much smaller with an increased price. Food isn't worth it, but the coffee is incredible.

The cafe itself is beautiful and host AppleSeating space. Staff are friendly and attend to customers with a smile. I found the hot chocolate very plain and watery. Was defiantly a let down. The churros were soft and didn’t have above to it. I would give this cafe a try again and would revisit the review if I ave a different experience

#hotchocolatefestSweet, Elegant & Relaxing!Different vibe than Honolulu Coffee just down the street. Very elegant, spacious, business casual for the older crowd. Both hot chocolates were a tad on the sweet-er side to my liking. The extra gem of adding a cookie/churro was a bonus in value and presentation wise ...but the quality could have been fresher. The Ham & Cheese Wrap was the spotlight!!! As you bite down on the crispness and flakiness of the wrap into the warm, soft, juiciest of the ham & egg. It was the highlight!

Caffe Artigiano is a hidden gem for coffee enthusiasts. Whether you're in need of a morning pick-me-up or a cozy place to catch up with friends, this coffee shop provides a top-notch coffee experience. Don't miss the chance to explore their fantastic selection of beverages—it's the perfect haven for coffee lovers.
I only had their drip coffee, which I thought was okay. Will try something else when I go there next. Also, maybe I went there during peak hours, but the place seemed understaffed to me.I say this because when I got there, the people who'd sat at my table before me had left their mugs & plates, and in the end I had to remove them myself because the two workers behind the counter were completely occupied with orders & such.Something else that screamed understaffed was the sizable wet spot that remained on the floor for a long time. Sure, the CAUTION sign was placed in it, but the water covered a large part of the floor and was in the way, and therefore, hard to avoid. It was a slip hazard, especially for the much older clientele.

I ordered a hot chocolate and the flavour was not good as other locations. Very sweet, I tried it and right away trough it out.
