This coffee chain has gone way down in quality over the years and especially this location. Staff look miserable, food is not fresh and the giant space is rarely filled anymore so it just feels a bit sad and outdated. Just feels like they have new management who don’t care if this location eventually closes.

My new absolute favourite latte. Cardamom Spiced Latte. I love fall and cozy drinks and spices, however I've never been a psl fan. This totally does the trick. I've ordered in store before as well and the staff were so sweet and friendly. I ordered this today after coming down with a nasty cold, making this all the more appreciated. Thank you so much!

This location has alot of space. Couple of big tables and cozy chairs inside. Great place for students and workers on their laptops.
I've always been a big fan of their lattes. They are amazing on their own without any sweeteners, they really are. You know it's good when your eyes close after that first sip... Ahhhh. This is my place for a fantastic latte.
Outside patio is dog friendly as well, lots of space here.

Strawberry matcha and breakfast sandwhich was amazing!
Always great service here. Drinks are tasty and generous. I had the blackberry lemonade. The cafe is open and spacious, perfect for larger groups who want to grab coffee together. It would be nice if they had a few more gf/vegetarian options. Will be coming here more regularly just to chill. Thanks Artigiano's!

Went to sit down and have an americano. Ordered a medium to stay and it was over $5 with tip (which is pricy but fine) but the cup was VERY small. The coffee was good but the cup was so small it didn’t justify $5+. The real kicker though was the cleanliness. Almost every table was dirty. Crumbs, cups, sticky messes. Napkins on the floor, lots of crumbs and debris everywhere. It was like the tinsel town McDonald’s before they removed the tables.

Worst matcha on Main St. What a disappointment. It’s almost pure milk. Even by the color it becomes obvious that it barely has any matcha in it. I was silly enough to go with the big size. Such a waste of money for $9.
