It's fine. Got a banana bread first thing in the morning and I'm pretty sure it was stale. Otherwise coffee was fine.
Went to sit down and have an americano. Ordered a medium to stay and it was over $5 with tip (which is pricy but fine) but the cup was VERY small. The coffee was good but the cup was so small it didn’t justify $5+.
The real kicker though was the cleanliness. Almost every table was dirty. Crumbs, cups, sticky messes. Napkins on the floor, lots of crumbs and debris everywhere. It was like the tinsel town McDonald’s before they removed the tables.
Staff was extremely helpful
Worst matcha on Main St. What a disappointment. It’s almost pure milk. Even by the color it becomes obvious that it barely has any matcha in it. I was silly enough to go with the big size. Such a waste of money for $9.
I love this location! It is nice and spacious and very inclusive. I bring a client here and we are both always welcomed with smiles and positive vibes. The manager Omid is very accommodating and often comes to chat with us during our stay.
Doesn't hurt that their coffee is amazing as well!
I’ve been coming here over every other coffee place on Main street, their iced lattes top any that i’ve tried in this area and their staff is amazing. everyone is so sweet and friendly and the atmosphere of the place is perfect for studying or just a coffee with a friend!
Service is bad and food is gross!

Omid was really knowledgeable about the products and gave us a good experience. He was very polite and knew how to talk to customers to make them feel welcomed. I bought a pack of coffee after nicely being offered to try a sample. Omid is great with customer engagement and experienced in customer service. I also bought a couple slices of Moroccan chickpea pie which was delicious paired with their signature pesto sauce; It was nicely heated. I decided to buy a whole pie to take home afterward. Best pie I’ve had, and nicely paired with pesto, which Omid kindly prepared to take home as well. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Been coming to Artigiano on Main since covid hit (appreciated the spaciousness and big windows at the time). The super staff and air conditioning make this a great neighborhood gathering place year round, which is not common elsewhere in the area. Never had a poor experience here in 4 years.. love the staff. Highly recommended!

This Artigianos is a great place to hang out with friends or even by yourself with a laptop doing school work or writing your novel. The wifi is reliable and there is a very large seating area with tables and comfy booths. They have the most beautiful coffee here with their famous foam art on the espresso drinks. Great baked goods as well. There is also good outdoor seating when weather permits for people watching in this up and coming neighbourhood.
Tried their cold coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both delicious and the see vice beyond friendly.

The spacious space is perfect for buying a cup of coffee and chatting with friends all day long, but the disadvantage is that there are not many sockets.

Makes employees suffer without AC in direct sun all day, and pastries are left out in the heat all day with flies. So not food safe, gross! Treat your employees better!
Had a 6$ scone that was clearly previously frozen and not fresh. It literally tasted like a cheese bun. Nothing scone like about it all.
