Various locations spread out across the lower mainland. First time at this location. Good quality control and service all around. Muffins are yummy and the coffees are aromatic!

Loved their mocha but it is quite pricey compared to other places. I paid $8+ for an iced mocha, you can get a mocha for around $6-7 at other places.
good coffee

Had a lovely cortado in the afternoon, quiet coffee shop, spacious and plenty of bench and chairs.

Lovely staff! The lady at the counter recommended the almond croissant and it was heavenly! I’ll try the plain croissant next time :) Such a nice place to read and relax

Service, food, stuff. I love everything about this place.
Best coffee, nice location, polite staff specially the guy on counter (don't know the name).
Excellent staff and friendly service. I usually only drink the coffee, but the few times I’ve had the food it’s always nice and fresh.
This coffee shop, is one of the best I've been to in years. They serve outstanding food, and provide a friendly atmosphere. 6 stars.
Ordered a strawberry lemonade, a house drip coffee, and a regular hot chocolate for dining in. The lemonade was tasty. The coffee was sour tasting. The hot chocolate was very creamy but not very chocolaty, it had some whipped cream on top. When the drip coffee was first served, it was in a mug with a dirty brown substance on the rim. When I asked for coffee in a clean mug pointing out the dirty rim, I was told mug was clean and had been washed, reluctantly one of the baristas grabbed a clean mug for the coffee and proceeded to pour the coffee from the dirty mug into clean mug while moving away from me and behind a high counter. I clarified that I wanted fresh coffee in a clean mug, and after some small argument, they gave me fresh coffee. A metal piece for the whipping cream dispenser was missing, so they looked for it in various places. It looked like it may have been taken out of a washing up sink without being rinsed off.
