Ordered a mocha which didn't even taste like an average or below average hot chocolate...no espresso in it? My husband and I were quite disappointed given the price and also tip expectations...:-(

The coffee was pretty good. Decent amount of interior and exterior seating. About $5 for a medium drip brew though. I feel it is quite overpriced. Nothing too too special about the coffee. But the coffee is pretty pretttty prettttttty prettttttttttayyy pretty good. So, I would recommend giving it a try.

This place has good coffee and good food but it's also inconsistent. They have a happy hour advertised until 6pm but they close at 530pm. I've tried to order through their app a couple times and my last 2 orders had errors. They don't have pastries or breakfast sandwiches available when they open at 7am...so it can be disappointing.Still, I like their coffee and food (when they have it) better than other major coffee chains.

Latte was average and too hot, which alternates milk and doesn’t taste as good. Savoury scone was stale. I had higher expectations of Artigiano. I find that especially now, with so much competition and excellent coffee shops in Vancouver, this one needs to up their food & beverages to cut it. Fingers crossed!

i visited this artigiano location recently, it is a bit out of my way but i have no regrets. i ordered the strawberry fredo and it was delicious. the baristas jane and camilla were so sweet and very efficient! i originally ordered the strawberry fredo and banana bread, unfortunately they were out of banana bread but i was recommended the almond croissant instead, and it paired perfectly with my drink. jane and camilla were super fun to talk with and they took time to ask about my day! i will certainly be returning again. i am hoping they will have the lavender syrup back in next time i visit so i can try it!

I had a really nice time there. We had the pleasure to meet camila, who recommended us what to eat and drink cause we weren't really sure.Always with a smile and the best energy! It's one of my favorite places to go for a good coffee and pastries!

Great coffee and great place to get some work done or chat with friends. Especially love the flat white coffee.

Love the flat white at Artigiano. Great location to get some work done or catch up with friends.

I’m the only person in line. The 2 employees clearly see me but they’re deep in conversation. When one finally starts to make my coffee she stops to answer the phone and has a full on conversation with someone

The latte I got a while back was just okay tasting. It is overpriced for the amount of coffee you get. I like the look and atmosphere of the small cafe, but the staff that served me seemed almost irritated that I had ordered from them. There was a small band performing when I came in; local live music is sorely needed in the area so I appreciate that they are supporting local artists! It was a mixed bag experience for me, may come back to see who is performing (not sure if it has stopped just for the winter).

Hot chocolate festival experience was awful. Served in a paper cup and the treat was a chocolate chip cookie from a bulk package (small and horrible) and on the spicy version it had a churro like treat that was stale, hard and we had to throw out … very poor value over $8 each. The hot chocolate festival is a money grab for this coffee shop. Once again poor execution by a chain. The hot chocolate itself uneventful- again - it was in a To go cup and we were staying inside.

Coffee is good but service is really slow… can’t be waiting 5-10 mins for a latte when theres no one infront of me.. it would be nice to have 2 staffs working in the morning so one is at the cashier and the other on the bar.

Quickly got the smorelicious hot chocolate from the hot chocolate festival to go on my lunch break from work. The rosemary flavor was subtle so I think I would have liked more of a stronger rosemary flavor. I liked the toasted marshmallow and the crunchy cookie crumbs. was pretty sweet. Presentation was pretty. Cute little cafe, also been to the on in North Van shipyards!

This felt like an unanticipated reunion, and I'm not talking about one of those awkward family things you wish you'd never gone to....Here's what happened......You wouldn't see me without an Americano & a Scone at an 8 am lecture in my College Years. Yeah...kinda like a sidekick....you know to start the day.Post grad and throughout the years with quality declining and prices rising...habits changed....That day....in cozy Cambie Village with Christmas in the air I craved the pleasure of a proper Americano and all the markings of a wicked Scone. An Americano you can taste the different notes of the bean that have been weaved properly through correct brewing leaving it in the mouth not only smooth, but unpredictable. The Scone...its texture is not like any other...soft, flakey and moist with a crisp covered blanket. Blueberries? Raspberries? Either plenty throughout.I decided to try their Americano and asked the friendly barista if their scones were fresh. I was assured they were. Sitting down in their comfy oversized chairs by the window watching people enjoy their Saturday Christmas shopping....I took my first sip, closed my eyes, smelled the aroma from the immaculately clean cup and let it trickle down my throat....I was back in Psych class at 8 am with a warm cup in my hand. Beautiful. The Scone also was everything it was supposed to be....you know the types of pastries that are so good that when you walk into your coffee shop you hope they're not all out. Yeah...that kind.Really lovely to have gone down memory lane that day.Thank you Artigiano for taking me there. It's been a long time.
