95% breading, 5% meat in all non-rice/noodle dishes.

I'd like to start off by saying that they are incredibly generous with their portions. I ordered the Noodle (which I applaud for calling it as such, because Chow Mien typically is not as thick as these noodles are) and 2 side dishes (Honey Chicken and Beef & Broccoli). The texture of the noodles were acceptable, not strong in the wok flavoring but will suffice as a soft carb since it did not have the 'snap' like in traditional chow mien.
The Honey Chicken is mostly composed of batter and a heavy hand of the honey sauce. Perhaps I am the one to blame for this, as I opted for this side wish near the end of the barrel. Had it been a fresher batch, it might have been better. The sauce was overpoweringly sweet and they did not skimp out on the saucing whatsoever.
The cut of the beef in the Beef & Broccoli side dish was too large, not thin enough like you see in traditional Beef & Broccoli dishes. The only saving grace for this side dish was how steamed and well done the Broccoli was. It was delicious, but I believe it may just be a personal preference as I prefer softer Broccoli as opposed to ones with a crunchy stem.
If I may, if you are in mood to eat some Americanized Chinese food, I would suggest walking over the CF Pacific Center and eating at Flaming Wok. Sure the prices might be a bit on the higher side compared to the portion you receive, but the quality of the side dishes at Flaming Wok will more than make up for it. Overall, unlikely I will be coming back to try any of their other dishes. Should you need something filling, this might be a place to consider.

Look, it's mall food court Asian cuisine, but for what it is it's pretty good, and if you come after lunch rush they will likely load up your plate. I was pretty happy.

Awful food
Reasonably priced with nice staff. Didn’t like the BBQ pork combo I had last previously, as the meat was not very good. The mapo tofu I had this time around was large and tasted good. Would recommend if you’re in themood for greasy take out Chinese food in the Waterfront area of Vancouver :)
