Great customer service keeps us coming back and choosing this pho restaurant over others. No humiliation or drama, good people with good food. Definitely recommended to all my family and friends out there.

Today my son introduced this restaurant on Main St. to us. 4 of us went for lunch.
I ordered the special Deluxe Skewer Platter w. Vermicelli dry noodle with beef n prawns on the menu.
It looked pretty, the beef tastes alright but very over cooked became very dry n rubbery.
Service is like any restaurant in Vancouver, no enthusiasm. The restaurant was quiet on a Monday.
My son ordered Pho’ seemed OK.
The fried spring rolls were not crispy when it reached our table.
It was not a good lunch. I did tell the young server how I feel about beef, he relayed the message to the chef. Hope it will make a difference when you go there for the same dish. No pictures today.

I cannot believe this is a top rated Vietnamese restaurant. The dinner combo that I had with chicken skewer and fried rice tasted like yesterday’s food. Fried rice and the chicken was dry and hard. Spring roll was ok but the skin was dry and sticks to my teeth. The server also touched my chicken skewer by accident with his hand when putting down the teapot. I would not come back again.

Apec Mix

Authentic and traditional Vietnamese pho, offering true cultural flavors. Perfect for budget foodies, with a mid-range price of $10–$20.

As I was looking for something different while visiting here in Vancouver, I ran across Cambie Vietnamese Restaurant yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. My lunch special was 2 porkchops, with 2 crispy spring rolls, salad, and rice. Additionally I ordered a mago shake/smoothie. All the food was excellent and prepared perfectly. Service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant has a warm and pleasant atmosphere. There is also outdoor seating available.
I returned this evening and enjoyed crispy spring rolls and fried calamari rings. If you ever had to chew tough calamari then this was NOT the case. My calamari was tender and tasty!
My conversation with one of the owners, Winston, was relaxed and friendly, confirming to me that this family restaurant should be highly recommended. I will be back when I visit Vancouver again!

Very Nice Food. Friendly Service. Nice atmosphere.
The booths are slightly reclined and very comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate.

Went for pho on a rainy day in Vancouver, ended up ordering the deep fried chicken wings, the dac biet pho, stir fried chicken noodles for the kids and a rice noodle appetizer. The chicken wings and pho were the highlights for me. The batter on the wings were crisp and light, and reminded me of fried foods that were cooked with salted egg yolk, although there was no salted egg yolk on it. The pho broth was lightly salted and felt so good to have on a rainy day.

When we were leaving the wait staff noticed we were without an umbrella and offered us umbrellas from their store. Was so touched by their kind gesture! Would 100% return for the good food and warmth from the wait staff!

Service was good and food was out in less than 10 mins. Pho spicy beef was very good, spring rolls were not that great

Food was very tasty, well made, really fresh and good quality. My partner thought the pho was better than other more expensive options in the neighbourhood. The place is clean and unassuming. The music in the background was at a nice volume for conversation. We will certainly go back.

Affordable, delicious, and satisfying. For sure the best food spot I tried while in Vancouver. This place deserves more than 5 stars. The man who served us was absolutely lovely and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend and will be returning next time I’m in Vancouver.
