Carlos O'Bryan's Neighborhood Pub

Went here on a day that had a hockey game in the evening but they were nice enough to reserve a table for us. It wasn’t too crowded as we went at the start of happy hour. The server was friendly but with a large group it seemed to still take a while for drinks and such. The food was very classic pub bar food that is salty and heavily fried. If you are a sports fan this might be a great place to visit during a game.

I ordered 2 appetizers to go, one was the McCracken Rolls and the other was the Chicken Lips, this place used to be good but their prices have skyrocketed and the quality had dropped. Chicken Lips are now $21 and you get 7 little piddly pieces of chicken. . Like 7 1.5” pieces of chicken!! The McCracken Rolls are still good but they’re not $5/per roll good. Needless to say for $40 for 2 appetizers I expected more. . You can get steak or ribs with potatoes at other restaurants for less than that. . Very disappointing and won’t be back.

Me and my husband love Carlos! Excellent place to watch sports or have beer and snacks at happy hour. The staff are so lovely and the service is always great! Try the chicken lips or the loaded pachos!

It's always great to stop by and grab a pint and food. But yesterday it was a special event, my brothers birthday on top of the great food and drinks, we got a $20 HBD discount!

I had a solid time! Good food, and great atmosphere. I'll definitely check it out again.

Good vibe and friendly staff

Honestly, top notch pub food. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was so friendly and knew the menu well. She said the butter chicken is good but the their naan style bread that comes with it isn’t as good as traditional naan. She was right. But I still loved the dish. I came with my kid and she said the poutine was better the NY Fries. High praise coming from a kid. Happy hour has some really good options. The mud cake is biggest slice of cake I’ve ever seen. And I love how they work the Irish into their dishes by making whipped cream green. And they did it with my kid’s Shirley Temple … it was green too!

Went for St. Patrick's Day. Skip the pachos, they're just Costco waffle fries with some cheese and diced veggies. Definitely get yourself a proper Black and Tan!

Service was fantastic even though the place was at capacity.
