Service was worse than terrible. We were the only people in line so they weren't busy. We stood there for 7 minutes!! We weren't acknowledged by either of the two in the back and neither of them came to take our order. They were walking back and forth talking to each other and there was no doubt that they saw us standing there. They should close this place down if they aren't going to hire staff that will do their jobs. I'd give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. I definitely wouldn't trust employees like those two to make my food. (Visited Feb 17th at 2:30 pm)

Burguer tasted like it was old.Talked to Customer Service In order to use washroom,they said they going to open door for me. 10 minutes later no one let me into washroom.Also: no Ca$h allowed wt""??CARLS JR. Is good. But this location management it is garbageCHEERS.

Every time I go at 7:00 p.m. it is closed even though the schedule on the door says closing time is 8:00 p.m.

Came here a couple years ago and remember it being decent but the quality of the burgers just seems like it went down hill. The patty was super dry and bbq sauce in the burger was insanely sweet.

The workers here are lazy and do not care. Leaving half hour early from work told the line up to leave they were gonna close half hour early on a Saturday night well people are still entering the store. Should hire new people. Have zero work

Came today half an hour before closing time, door was open, but they refused to take my order, because as she said "We are closing earlier today", all staff was looking at me and giggling!Very unpleasant experience!Carl's Jr can send as many promotions and deals as they want, but I won't spend even a dollar with this level of customer service!

Skip order # 576961536 - November 10, 2023 at 12:21pmWhen I made this order from my side on the SkipTheDishes app listed two choices:1 Single Guacamole Bacon Burger Combo - $13.99-$1.01 Taxes (Not sure what Skip calculates)-$15 total1 Single Guacamole Bacon Burger - $8.99-$1.08 (Regular taxes)-$10.07I was roughly less than 5 minutes away from this location however the ETA that it would be ready was showing 40+ minsUpon arriving at this location it didn't seem very busy at all and looking at their screens plus seeing a TOGO bag sitting under the lamp I could tell my order was already ready but was not updatedAs for the burger, most of it did not taste too fresh and wasn't very warm even though I arrived at this restaurant fairly quickly.When I was looking at my receipt I realized I was missing my fries/drink and when I asked the cashier she was not very clear about what was offered; I did show her simple calculations on my phone comparing the combo and single sandwich order but she seemed not to want to deal with me even though it was still really slow with only a couple of people just arriving when I had tried to resolve my order and told me to talk to Skip directlyI then sat down to finish my 'meal' since I said I would talk to Skip and could overhear the staff talking about me in their language (Hindi?)I would have been fine with my order if I had received the rest of my food but looking at other reviews of this location people must know not to go here since the customer service is bad overall and the food just wasn't that great after just trying one of their sandwichesThis was my first time trying Carl's Jr. in Canada and I'll probably never eat at another location again
