1/2 kilo of carnitas coming with tortillas pico the Gallo and green salsa, good ideas to add fried beans and salsa habanero whit morita, just delicious. Carnitas, literally meaning "little meats", is a dish of Mexican cuisine that originated in the state of Michoacán. Carnitas are made by braising or simmering pork in oil or preferably lard until tender. The process takes three to four hours, and the result is very tender and juicy meat, which is then typically served with chopped coriander leaves (cilantro), diced onion, salsa, guacamole, tortillas, and refried beans (frijoles refritos).

Las Carnitas is an amazing spot for authentic Mexican food! The flavors are bold, fresh, and taste just like home-cooked meals straight from Mexico. You can tell everything is made with love and care.

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and lively—perfect for a casual family dinner or meeting up with friends.

Sensational service and flavor!!!
If you have the opportunity to shop around, don't hesitate to come. Run by Victor and his employees who are people with welcoming attention. The place does not offer service to eat there but they were great about setting up a place for us outside to enjoy their food. I will definitely return to try their other cochinita and barbacoa dishes.
