There are many more vegan options in store than listed on the website which was a pleasant surprise! The vegan options are well thought out and fun, not plain and simple options - though they do have these! The donuts were fresh and absolutely incredible. Staff was busy but very friendly and attentive, she managed the rush well. Store was clean, bright, and lively. We took the donuts to go but wouldn't mind sitting down in store and getting a coffee. Great price too!

Donuts are quite good, however service wasn’t great. Went a few days ago for some donuts and there was no one in the counter to order. Four employees were chatting a couple of feet away from where I was standing while one baked donuts, two of them looked at me when they heard me say good morning however none approached me to ask if I had been helped and they actually turned back and left. After a few minutes another girl comes out and seems surprised I was just standing at the counter with no one at sight, she apologized and was really sweet, I wish I grabbed her name (I just remember she wore glasses). If it wasn’t for her I would give just 1 star for the lack of interest of the other employees.

Whenever I head downtown I stop by here to grab a donut. Very unique and tasty donuts, a big step above what you’d get at most places. I’d highly recommend the earl grey donut, and if they have it the honey Parmesan (that one seems to be rotated in and out)

Fantastic vegan donuts, soft and flavorful and not too sweet, with adequate allergen info on their website. I had the citrus one which was good, but the smoked walnut one was the real attraction and got me to go back multiple times in a week.

These are the BEST donuts I have ever had - honestly couldn't fault them! So gutted as now I'm back in New Zealand, but wish I could pop back over for some. The staff were also so friendly and the place itself was lovely to sit in and chat with people. Would absolutely recommend going here if you can :)

The donut base was soft yet slightly chewy.We have tried the Monthly special - Taro Coconut. The filling was to die for! Cream was so smooth and flavourful as described. The Glaze was also on point.The other one we got was Smoked Maple Walnut. It was wonderful as it has a hint of “smoked bacon” taste. Walnut was generous and crunchy which gives a nice finish to this special donut. Fair price point for gourmet donuts. Would recommend checking this out when visiting Vancouver.

These donuts are pure heaven. I bought three different ones to try their full range of options: yeast (soft and fluffy), cake (something like an old-fashioned) and baked. The earl gray infused was out of this world, it literally felt like I was eating tea. Every single piece had something special about it, without feeling greasy, oily or too heavy. Incredibly friendly staff, and relaxed interior, with a lot of natural light.
