Tried the lumberjack sandwich which is a mix of prime rib, smoked meat, and pulled pork. The bread was quite dry and the meat was not juicy. It’s quite overpriced for such a so-so to average product.
Carve at Rogers arena ! Diving into the lumberjack at carve ! Prime rib, crispy porcheta and pulled pork ! Slathered in mustard and horse radish. Deadly. Hand-carved sandwiches. Beauty through simplicity. Prime cuts of meat, roasted fresh daily. Served on fresh, locally-baked bread.
