I gave this place a second chance today after previously trying their mango ice cream, which was overwhelmingly sweet. Unfortunately, today’s experience was even more disappointing. I tried the hazelnut and white chocolate raspberry flavors, and both were unpleasant. Based on my experiences, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Friendly service. They claim homemade gelato, but I'm skeptical - the presentation is very much not what you see in good in-house gelato - but who knows. The issue is the flavor. At $10 for a cup, you need good flavor.
The mint chip was gross. I couldn't finish it. Chemical tinged, not much flavor at all. I feel better about the generic brand bottom shelf stuff at Walmart.
The coconut was much better. It was not exceptional, but it was good and definitely worth a try.
Portions were fine - typical for a gelato place.

We had affogato and this was one of the worst desserts. Coffee shot was terrible and water down. Don’t waist your time and money. Totally tasteless! Very disappointing
Came in to get a small coffee due to convenience. Clerk had added an extra 25% tip on the already paid price and tip.
Check your credit card if you ever buy anything here, or even better, go somewhere else.

I ordered double scoops in a cup. The scoops are too small like kid size. 9.99 + tax + 10 % tip almost $12 for 2 kid size ice cream. Better get 1 scoop single size 6.67 the scoop is more bigger on the cone. Lesson learned.We will never go back again.
