We’ve had quite a few different Thanksgiving dinners from catering companies/restaurants and this was our favourite by far. Firstly, they were right on time as agreed for delivery and then we took the lechon an hour and a half away to an event and everybody enjoyed it immensely. I got to say that it is one of the best lechon I have ever had. Perfectly crispy skin with just right amount of fat in every bite. The meat had good fat and was juicy and well seasoned.
