Took my kid for bubble tea and a cat meet and greet. The staff was lovely and were very patient with our slow ordering. The cat habitat was really clean and well maintained and the staff member answered questions about the cats while herding both cats and people (I'm actually really impressed). The tea here is great I got the vanilla fog? I think it was called. It was a cold vanilla earl grey milk tea that was very tasty and my kid got one of the fruit blends with mango stars and crystal jellies. I've never personally seen or heard of crystal jellies but they take on the flavor of the drink a bit and are kind of like a softer tapioca ball. My kid loved them.I reccomend arriving early to get drinks before your appointment as everyone tends to show up and try to order the second before their appointment. That said, the staff member that comes into the habitat can take orders as well. Be aware last call for drinks is 30 minutes before the last session ends which was 17:30 for us as they closed at 18:00.Overall really awesome. Thanks Catoro we enjoyed our trip!Parking: On the weekend there is parallel parking along the block in front of the Cafe, we didn't have a hard time finding parking late on a Sunday but that may not hold true during the day or during the week.Kid-friendliness: I would recommend not bringing younger kids or kids who don't listen for the sake of the cats and the staff.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible with a lift in the main lobby and first level access to the cat habitat.

Went there for my birthday and loved it!They have a very clean and safe space for people who want to spend some time with the cats. The staff there are super friendly and during the time in Catoro cafe, you can play with the cats and enjoy a nice drink. They have sanitize toys that you can interact with the cats and all of the cats are super social and super cute. They have drinks that you can purchase along with various cat supplies and accessories.I really enjoyed my time at the catoro cafe and would recommend people who are cat lovers to visit this place. The only one thing is to be careful of the street parking. It’s 7 am to 3 pm for Monday to Friday so be careful. My car got towed but the staff was super empathetic and told me there is parking in the back. The cats are also up for adoption so if you are interested, the staff will tell you more about it.They haveParking: There is parking in the back.Street parking is only 2 hours from 7am - 3 pmBeware of the front parking and make sure you don’t park after 3pm on a Friday or your car will be towed and fined.

Very cute atmosphere with the cat forest, staff were pleasant and clearly went over the rules and were quite friendly. There were also lots of cute toys and brushes around. My reason for the lower rating is due to the cat to people ratio. There are 12 people allowed in at a time and only 8 cats available in the forest, a few were sleeping and a couple were unfriendly and would bat your hand if you tried to pet them. If a few people were occupying a cats time you had to wait your turn, people would crowd in certain areas so it didn’t feel roomy enough. I feel like less people should be allowed in at a time to get a better experience with the cats and so they don’t get over-stimulated, which many did. I understand this is a business, they did say many cats were sick and not in the forest, if that’s the case then maybe reduce the price.

nothing was really said about how we can interact with the cats and when I asked the attendant she said just let them come to you. not super helpful because it was the end of day and they were tired, which she kept explaining...all the cats just went to sleep, when i approached one, it scratched me so deep, didnt even touch it. so although its understandable they are tired. perhaps knowing this, and having expressed it to guests so much as if it is obvious, the last time slot shouldn't cost the same as the others because the experience will always be diminished... just a thought as it is quite expensive. staff very friendly otherwise.the drinks we got were not good at all, nothing special. it is cute to have but with the concept being cat cafe, they should be a bit better.overall looks dope, super cool space and concept but was a big let down.

To spend an hour with a happy bunch of cats is soooo nourishing. And all monies go to support Catoro work.

YOU MUST BOOK A RESERVATION, OR RISK BEING TURNED AWAY!! So my 1st time visiting Catoro Cafe was 4 years ago, and my son had a medical appointment just as everything was shut down due to the pandemic. Catoro Cafe was the only cool thing we got to do while here. Back then, we just dropped in. Fast forward to spring break 2024, my whole family (4 of us) is in Vancouver for vacation, and we planned an outing for Saturday, starting at Catoro Cafe. I was completely unaware that it is reservation only now, and the lady working was quite rude to us while she turned us all away because we didn't have a booking. My youngest son was heartbroken that he didn't get to visit with the cats. I did make a reservation for us to visit with the cats, and when we arrived, I saw the sign still say "walk-ins welcome." I told the lady upon check-in (different lady than the weekend person) that they should change the sign outside if walk-ins are not actually welcome. We ordered drinks (great drinks) and spent 50 minutes with the cats for $54. Too pricey for simply going to play with cats.

Small space but very clean.Only 1-2 cats were awake, and the rest were sleeping. Kids found it not as fun as expected due to a lack of response from the cats. I won't recommend it if you are looking for a fun, vibrant spot with cats running around. It's a quiet, calming place with no running.

Cats that's it. Just cats. Why would you not go? There's cats. There's drinks. The best way to spend an afternoon. I love this place! I'm so happy that it was saved cuz I would have dearly missed it. Every time I go I drop so much money but I never feel guilty about it cuz I know that it's helping the kitties. I recommend this to everyone. You can tell about the cats are well taken care of and the well loved and the service is top notch. You can order ahead of time and they'll bring it to you while you play and spend time with the cats.Parking: Not really any place to park but their street parkingKid-friendliness: Great place to bring your kids but please be vigilant
