Great experience,
Good quality, lentil soup is a must try, the food quality is so amazing, I couldn't stop trying both the platter and Monster whole wheat burrito. Minimal waiting on table.
A must visit

I got the paleo burger with garlic sauce - sooo yummy. I am allergic to dairy and can't eat gluten. They ensured there was no cross contamination and gave me great friendly service.

Their taco is loaded with protein and 3 for $10 is pretty good!
Tried their keto-friendly cakes for the first time. The carrot and red velvet were delicious. The chocolate cake seemed to use dark chocolate and had a slightly grainier texture than I expected. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for keto-friendly treats.

Love this place, get it all the time. Monster burritos are perfect. Best part is, no rainbow flag in the window, just food. Thanks

My favourite food. If you’re going to subway or fresh slice or mcD’s: on the same block, save yourself the money and eat something cheaper, tastier, good for you and more filling. The chicken burrito is less than ten bucks total and will fill you up, lots of sauce options; the chili is even cheaper and just as filling

Order a steak not a tenderloin as mentioned on the menu. Hard is a rock. The cauliflower had cabbage in. It was disgusting no salt no pepper or seasoning. The lasagna meal tasted like it came from Costco but worse. Not the place used to be.

Very good for any dietary accommodations! Ordering online from the table can be a bit confusing so I recommend going up to the counter. Food was delicious! I do with they had more gluten free, dairy free dessert options but not the end of the world. Overall had a great meal and would definitely recommend!

I was pretty excited about trying this keto cafe and reading the reviews made it sound like it would be that much better. To my humble surprise the food was not even mediocre at best. I got the keto lasagna and it was extremely oily and watery and my boyfriend ordered the burger that was not very tasty and not to mention the centre was very very red/raw . You can absolutely make something more high quality and delicious at home. However their deserts weren’t too bad. The costumer service was alright and the over all cleanliness of the place was questionable.
