Ok, seriously??? This place should be called "Too Good To Be Keto"!!! So I was at an audition in Vancouver, and started getting hungry. As much as I'd like to go to a fast food place, I Googled "keto restaurants nearby" to stick to my healthy eating habits, and this place came up. I've never been here before, so I had a ton of questions for the guy at the counter. (Who was incredibly patient and so incredibly kind to answer all of my questions!) They had a WHOLE CASE full of keto-friendly desserts! (Whoever said "You can't have your cake and eat it too?!")I LOVE the variety of food options; butter chicken, pizza, lasagna, breakfast, burgers, lamb, salads, and burritos! (All of which can be made keto-friendly!)I honestly didn't know what to choose, and after getting opinions, I went with the lasagna. (That was what I 1st smelled when I walked by!)I have no clue what it was made out of, but I got it with meat sauce, and baked with mozza!%٪€٪/ chicken, and garlic toast. (Not sure if it was a dark bread or burnt toast, but I got it extra garlicky, and it was amazing!!!)I think he said the noodles were made out of veggies or eggplant? ??♀️ I took it home to have for my lunch-about an hour later, I opened it, and it was still warm!!!! This is Vancouver's best kept secret!!!! I honestly can't express how amazing this was! Next time I'm in Vancouver, I'll try something different from the menu! I usually follow keto due to a tingling in my left finger which goes away with less sugar. This restaurant has good portions and the staff are really on it. The smooth gentleman who was running the counter even remembered me from months ago. This location has improved now that they require you to have a key for the bathroom.The menu is varied and vast.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian versions of things.Dietary restrictions: They have keto stuff.
Food is good but I ordered a pizza here last night and when I got home, realized they hadn’t added the meat to the pizza that I asked for. Considering it’s $16 for a tiny thin crust pizza, it would have been nice to have meat on it. Disappointing. Called and left a message but haven’t heard back.

I’ve been there twice now and I’ve tried both the lemon bar and the carrot cake.Honestly better than I thought it would be! I usually hate healthier desserts because of their texture/weird sweetness but these were pretty good! Doesn’t taste exactly like the normal versions but I don’t think anyone expects them to. Greatly prefer the lemon bar over the cake.
