Cha Yuan Bubble Tea Yaletown Vancouver

Freaking overpriced boba and other foods. If it weren't for the price, the bubble waffle was absolutely bomb. Took me home for real.

Horrible boba. Tapioca pearls were so soft, broken, and soggy and were not chewy and firm.

A little boba action before we headed south to US. Thus us a small little tea place in the neighborhood. Pretty good beverage for our last night to remember Vancouver.

I thought the bubble tea was amazing. There were pieces of fresh fruit or something in it which made it taste great and not fake or syrupy.

I deducted one star because I asked for less ice but I felt like 60% of the cup was ice

The waiter made us feel very strange. We paid in cash, but he took the money, gave it back to us, and then asked how we wanted to pay. We walked away and bought one from other place.

Bought an ice cream…and this is what the cone looked like before eating….saddest ice cream cone ever.

My wife and I went here after the Diwali celebration at the roundhouse center. I had a Hojicha latte, and my wife had bubble tea. Really great, the bubble waffle was nice and warm, and the lattes hit the spot. It added to the beautiful day yesterday where we got to sit at the park and enjoy the sunset.

Came by today evening and met Dionna the employee working today :) she’s a very sweet and kind girl who is always energetic and motivated. We got some hot latte’s. Last time I saw her, she was working alone with 12 drinks and some waffles.

I was with my family and she told me on that day she got a complaint for taking too long which we thought was inappropriate since I saw the huge amount of orders and she clearly told them beforehand.

Just wanted to leave a well deserved review to this small business and hard working people :)) If I come downtown again, I’ll visit!!

It's so pretty and design with art. The workers are so nice and social. They have so many different options for lactose intolerant individuals. The bubble tea is made with lots of care and is to die for?

My order was totally wrong. I placed an order for eight drinks at the counter. I order some drinks with no ice, no milk and 50% sugar. Instead, I got the opposite. Only one person working at the store and waited more than 40 mins. Very disappointed ?.

Love this place! Their regular milk tea has its own strong, unique flavor, and is delicious. I'll sometimes come to Yaletown just to get their tea. The service is excellent; they're very kind! Good pricing as well.

The Mango slush with cheese foam was incredible, a must try! Delicious bubble tea and great service. Fast, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Very unique bubble tea. Had the Taro bubble tea and it was made with real taro (instead of the typical powder). It was different but really good. The fruit smoothies have real fruit and are fresh and tasty.
