Love this spot! Yummy bubble tea!!!
They've even got a pokemon card machine and I won a bubble tea cup from it!
Ricky is a super cool worker and very thoughtful :3
I love this place!! Very good bubble tea and friendly service. 10/10 A+ đ«¶
Great spot for bubble tea in Yaletown. Good assortment of flavors. Nice and quick service.
This is my go-to spot in Yaletown for bubble tea! I got the matcha strawberry latte yesterday and it had the perfect ratio of milk, strawberry, and matchaâI finished it so fast. Iâm also really glad they came out with the Taiwanese braised pork rice. Itâs such a steal at only $9.99, especially since Iâd pay double for the same dish elsewhere. Hope they introduce more lunch items in the future!
Best bubble tea in Vancouver!
Very welcoming and friendly staff
The braised pork rice was rather yummy and really hit the spot on a cold day. The egg was overcooked though.
My fav bubble tea spot at this moment. Owner is very nice, bubble tea is tasty
The best taro in town!
I love how they use real ingredients here
None of that imitation purple powder or carnation garbage
This is the only bubble tea I can drink!
I also like that I can set my sugar level
And I can choose oat milk!
Amazing!
Thank you!
Oh my goodness I just left there 5 minutes ago and I am still thinking about the milk tea the owner recommended.Itâs a really good price with a reasonable size as well.Thank you for your service.I have finished everything lol

Disappointing Experience â Poor Quality Cup, Bad Service, and Overcharging
I came to this bubble tea shop for a quick treat and ordered a taro milk tea, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
First, the cup cracked the moment I put the straw in, and half the drink spilled out onto my hands and clothes. When I went to the counter for help, the staff just gave me an extra cup to hold the cracked one, without offering to replace the spilled drink or even apologize.
Then I asked if I could wash my hands. I was told there was no customer toilet, and instead, I was handed a yellow dish rag to wipe my hands â not only unhygienic but also incredibly unprofessional.
To make things worse, I was overcharged. I asked for just one topping, but they added more without asking and charged me for each extra. No explanation, no effort to clarify or fix it.
Between the poor product quality, lack of basic hygiene, and unhelpful, dismissive service, I left feeling completely let down. I wonât be returning, and I hope the management seriously rethinks their approach to both customer service and quality control.
We were in the area and I needed some of what they were selling. I liked how the 30% sugar wasnât sweet at all. The mixture was nice as well. Service was good and I was sent away satisfied.
Owner is so nice and kind! Exceptional customer service and speeeedy. I got the roasted oolong milk tea with pearls, regular ice no sugar and it was perfect đ
Amazing value especially in Yaletown for the âlargeâ 700ml size (came to 6.80ish with pearls and if you want to sub alternative milk itâs free!!)
Glad to find a new favourite boba place, it was getting repetitive in Vancouver. All the bad reviews Iâve read on Chayuan makes me sad đ
This is a sponsored review.
I tried Cha Yuen and ordered the Lemon Shaken Tea ($6.50), Lemon Passionfruit Shaken Tea with Crystal Pearls ($7.50), and an Original Bubble Waffle ($5.50). Prices felt pretty reasonable.
Both lemon drinks were very sour, though I think thatâs because I asked for half-sweet (how I usually order my bubble tea/fruit teas), so thatâs on me. The crystal pearls were good!
The bubble waffle, however, was disappointing. It didn't have any 'eggy' taste, pretty much no flavour at all overall. It was also quite dense and hard...looked nice visually though.
One downside to note: When I visited, there were lots of dead bugs on the window ledge near the high-chair seating (about 3â4 seats total). Since itâs a really small shop, Iâd recommend grabbing your drinks to go, if you do visit.
The location is convenient, right by YaletownâRoundhouse SkyTrain station.
I had one scoop of the mint chocolate chip ice cream, it was delicious and had a good portion size (especially for the price: $4!). Seems like a nice place. If I'm in the area for ice cream again I'll be back!!
