We were helped by two lovely ladies. They had great attitudes. I only wish there was a special birthday pastry or something, but the overall experience was great. Classic Chado.

This was a really great afternoon tea experience. The entire presentation was lovely and we loved the two gifts included in the experience. I loved that the customer service was very good and laid back. My friend and I felt we could stay as long as we wanted and enjoy our tea and conversation at our own pace.

Small space. Quiet. Pretty tea decor. Many favorable teas. It was empty in January, had the whole place to ourselves. I am not sure if the service was lacking because it was empty?

We had an absolute great time. We celeberated our daughter's 17th birthday which was a surprise for her to visit here. She loved every minute. Thank you to your staff for making her visit so memorable.

Very disappointing. The paninis were extremely thin and tasteless. The tea was mediocre. They only had one type of scone available. It was definitely not homemade. There were piled up dirty dishes on the way to the bathroom. The place was near empty. We will not be returning to this tea house.

We went for tea and sandwiches. The tea was fine, the sandwiches were horrible and scones too hard. The bread was stale and nothing was fresh tasting. The tomato soup was only thing ok, we left the rest. This was a huge disappointment and 180 degrees opposite our experience at the Little Tokyo location.

Friendly & helpful host/server. Even though it was a busy day, she took time patiently to explain the menu & go over the food & teas descriptions we wanted to order. A little pricy Halloween package but fun & creative, & loved the cute little mug that was the "gift" for the Fall/halloween package πŸ«–πŸ‚πŸ‘»πŸŽƒ A+ overall. The server needs a good raise πŸŒΉπŸ™πŸΌπŸ₯° TANX

Amazing selection of teas, great details of region, process, flavours, and super quick to deliver. Very happy to have discovered Chado Tea House.

I've been drinking their Organic First Flush Sencha Superlative for years. It's a reliably fantastic tea. For many years prior I ordered an equivalent tea from Japan, but the Chado Tea House version is at least the equal of it, and at a much lower shipping cost. In fact, often there is an offer for free shipping if you spend a fairly modest amount. And the service is extraordinary. Extremely helpful and caring people. I always feel like I'm getting really individual service. I say: do not hesitate to try their tea.

Went to see the Nutcracker at the Dolby Theater. Chado's is across the hall. It's delightful and delicious. A real treat.

Lovey afternoon tea. The scones could have been softer. The chocolates were a nice addition.

Lovely place. Cozy. Surprising since it is in Hollywood and Highland structure how peaceful it was. Fun for a more casual tea service. And priced accordingly. It may have been an off day β€” as the shop looked like it was being unpacked, and the bathroom hall was also being used as a storage area - albeit clean. But service was wonderful and food was good. Our server knew a lot about the area as well. Teas were the highlight and because you get your own pot you can share with those you come with. And they have such a wonderful and large selection!
