Seems like it’s changed ownership. Boba is watery. Ran out of pearls and bao while we were there. Slow service. I did like the claw machine though. I hope they can figure it out soon but I’d be careful to spend $$ on boba here for a bit.

Lovely little cafe with outside seating. Many yummy drink and bao bun options! Friendly employees and great customer service. Was able to stay on a virtual meeting for a few hours and the owner was so kind and made sure everything was ok during my stay!
