Had our Cup Sleeve Event here prior to the SB19 concert. The owners and staff were very accommodating and patient with us. The food was amazing too! The bubble teas were superb! My partner and I approached the owner to film our indie comedy film, Cautious. Not only was he extremely accommodating with letting us use the space, but the food we ordered for the cast was absolutely delicious.
Our female lead outright said it was the best pulled pork sandwich she ever had. Our sound guy ordered the boozy bubble tea and was delighted. I, myself am a huge fan of their “build your own grilled cheese” menu.
I still come by for food and am trying to try something new every time. It started as a venue hunt, but turned into place I will now visit every time I’m in the neighborhood.
For anyone looking to host a small event, or just looking for some innovative delicious food/drink, definitely check this place out!
The best bubble tea spot in Vancouver! My personal favorite is their signature Ice Volcano — rich, refreshing, and unlike anything else I’ve tried!! Yes, it takes a little time to prepare, but it’s absolutely worth the wait! Their drinks are incredibly flavorful and layered, with so many textures and ingredients coming together perfectly. They also have delicious cheesecakes and plenty of other treats on the menu. One fun bonus: after you make a purchase, you get a chance to spin their prize wheel and win something extra, like another bubble tea! It’s a small touch that makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

Great late night spot! Owner is super friendly and didn't hesitate to accommodate our large group! Drinks where great and the Mac and cheese bites and grilled cheese was perfect for an after concert spot!
The wheel was super fun and we felt so welcomed and happy to be there! Spiked boba was amazing and the fresh mango with coconut milk was so good! We finished it so quick!

Food is way better than you'd expect, and our entire group really liked our drinks. Mango coconut milk was delicious. Feels like a cafe you could hang out in for an hour or two with friends easy.
