I was the partner who shared the same experience from "Low" Charisma Social House. DO NOT TRUST THE MENU PRICES! It was ONE SANDWICH with a side of Mac and Cheese Bites and TWO drinks, and it was OVER $50!! The wait time was long, the food was bland and the drinks were really watered down with a massive ball of ice. We were so shocked we didn't have words. I will never forget how ripped off I felt. Honestly, I should've brought my own lube if I knew I had to bend down SO LOW for this place. Because they didn't include that!!! And if they did they would have overcharged you for that too!!!

We were waiting for a spot for the board game place next door and stopped for a small bite to eat and a drink. For ONE SANDWICH with a side and TWO drinks was OVER $50!! We were so shocked we didn't have words. Despite all of that, we still had to wait 30 mins for our food, when there was NOBODY THERE. We were told there was a supper rush, but NOBODY came in or out for food during our time there. We will never forget how ripped off we felt and how bland the food was. Honestly would have rather bought a grocery store pre-made sandwich.

I found Charisma looking on google maps for a place for a late snack or drink. I am very glad to have found this place and support local small business! The staff was very kind, he said it's family-run and he works looong hours. I wish them to have more business. I tried there Award-winning apple cheesecake and it was indeed delicious!! The back of the restaurant can be booked for events, looks nice for gathering. Quiet at night when we went, it felt comfy with the banquet sittings. Look for their deals such as happy hours drinks and snacks.
Vegetarian options: Curly fries makes a great snack, they have a large selection of drinks and cheesecakes...

What a great surprise! We were looking for a cool little spot to have coffee and dessert. Stumbled across Charisma and had the best coffee and apple cinnamon cheesecake. Found out later that cheesecake won awards and I totally get it. And it’s a great spot for night owls like us - open until 1am. Great little late night spots like this are so rare in the city. Treat yourself to a visit!

Have come here a few times after Canucks games while waiting for the sky train to die down. Service is always awesome, good drink prices, huge menu selection. Great happy hour pricing, and a new special with $5 happy hour after Canucks wins. Would highly recommend for snacks, beers, coffee, and desserts.

Consistently my fave place for a little treat. Massive selection of options for bubble tea and 10/10 cheesecakes. Very nice, friendly staff/management as well.
Seriously, try the cheesecake though. I've being trying every business in the city that heavily features cheesecake on their menu or claims to have 'the best cheesecake in the city', but Charisma's always comes out on top. Highly recommend trying the Apple Pie Cheesecake. :)

We were in downtown and were searching for a place to get dessert and Charisma was one of the top choices when we googled. Glad we tried checking this place! We love it! The owner is very nice and accommodating. The whole place is very spacious, clean, and organized! We tried their Signature Apple Cheesecake and it was very delicious!! No wonder they won 1st place in a cheesecake competition! Will definitely be back to try their other selections. And when we do, we will definitely get their Signature Apple Cheesecake again!
