Perfect for a quick stop for bubble tea near Langara Station. It is open late as well so you can stay and study as there are available outlets almost every table. The washroom is locked tho so you have to ask for the staff to give you the key. No outside food and drinks allowed too!
I was given the wrong drink yesterday. I noticed right after leaving and I went back in to tell the cashier. She insisted that was my order, but it wasn't. I order the same drink every time. I asked for it to be fixed. The cashier was rude and didn't want to. Eventually she told another staff member to seperate the drink instead of making a new one which was really weird. They scooped some stuff out and then gave it to me. When I left I noticed they removed all of the pearls but I had ordered a full scoop of pearls and coconut jelly. I was hesitant to go back in because of the rude attitude of the staff the first time, but I paid for pearls and really wanted them. They ended up putting a little bit on top of the drink. The cashier made a comment about not charging me as if she was doing me a favor, but I told her I paid more than I should have as she got my order wrong in the first place, so they owed me some money for the difference. She was rude again and didn't want to, but a manager was there and told her to give me my change. Overall, terrible experience. I go here all the time.. I don't know why they couldn't have fixed my drink properly.

Typical bbt place. Facilities seem clean, and staff are friendly. Has a chill vibe, a decent amount of seating inside. Like that they are open later, very convenient. Lots of city parking in front of the building.

My favorite chatime location. Drinks are on point and the owner/manager is great. My favorite is probably the Thai milk tea, pearl milk tea, iron goddess milk tea and matcha latte. The milk tea smoothie is also great.

My favourited flavour is espresso shot, red bean, and milk tea mixed with a little bit of pearl. I like this place, with a clean kitchen and a sense of responsibility from the owner. I live in north vancouver, but I always like to stop by when I'm passing by.
