I really like this place and come here pretty often, but I was disappointed during my last visit. After getting my drink and sitting down, there was a horrible smell — the same issue I noticed the last time I was here. I mentioned it before, so it’s frustrating that it’s still happening. It seemed like someone was cleaning the pipes or sink while customers were around, which made it really unpleasant. I hope they can take care of that before opening or after closing next time. I love this spot, but this issue definitely needs attention.

My favorite bubble tea place. The prices are reasonable and you can never go wrong with their milk teas and pearls. I haven’t tried their other water-based drinks but all the milk teas I’ve ordered were delicious. My friend and I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea and the Jasmine Milk teas with Brown Sugar Pearls (on picture). The location could be prettier but it’s clean and comfortable.

I ordered their Mango Tango, and added some Jelly and Boba to it, it was very good. I loved how good the drink looked and the toppings were very good. The service was relatively fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice, it even had reasonable space and some tables for drinking the tea inside!

All the other chatimes I have gone to has always been mediocre at best but this location in particular has me coming back everytime I’m grabbing a quick drink before heading to tutor. the tearistas are always nice and i got no complaints!
