I’ve always gone to chatime in various locations since like 2016, and no place has done smoothies tjis well. Our cashier was a guy with brown hair middle part and he was Asian. He made our drinks perfect, it was avtually half sweet, and our smoothies were blended so smoothly. (In some chatime locations it’s super icey?). He was also super quick and organized. I recommend this place solely for that service.

Nice bubble tea selection at Chatime UBC. The place is clean and the staff are helpful. It does depend on which tea you get, but overall it’s a nice spot for bubble tea on campus.

Efficient. I like that they have a changing table for my baby. They have a machine for you to place order so a bit quicker and they have more people making the bubble tea. Cha time is normally really sweet so you can go 30% sugar or minimum sugar and it will still be quite sweet

I've ordered from this Chatime on campus a few times already, and each time the staff has been very friendly and proactive. Good spot for a Bubble Tea on campus, and I've really enjoyed the toppings they offer!

I paid for a triple with extra grass jelly and pearl. But they didn't give pudding that should have been in the triple. That means I paid more but got less.
Also, service is bad, no one served for the order in the front for a long time.

Busy, busy place filled with students on smartphones. Ordered a regular sized taro smoothie at the counter and didn't get a receipt nor a number. Waited to hear my order but never understood what was said. Instead I waited for a regular sized purple drink and there it was. Drink was tasty. Very creamy and lots of pearls too.
