I paid for a triple with extra grass jelly and pearl. But they didn't give pudding that should have been in the triple. That means I paid more but got less.
Also, service is bad, no one served for the order in the front for a long time.

Busy, busy place filled with students on smartphones. Ordered a regular sized taro smoothie at the counter and didn't get a receipt nor a number. Waited to hear my order but never understood what was said. Instead I waited for a regular sized purple drink and there it was. Drink was tasty. Very creamy and lots of pearls too.

I ordered a pearl milk tea with no ice. And I got a cup of ice! This is very disappointing because the drink tastes absolutely diluted and I felt nauseous after drinking it. This never happened when I ordered from other locations.
