I’ve been mourning the loss of my favourite local chicken shop so in an attempt to squash my sad feelings I went on the hunt for a new favourite. Lo and behold Chewie’s! The food is so, so, so good. The standout for me was the Stoner burger with tots. I opted for the potato bun. It was everything I want a chicken burger to be! Perfect execution, crispy and flavourful, fantastic sauce… just a perfect chicken burger. Other stand outs were the Mac and cheese and the French toast. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was packed but we were seated quickly! Only downside for me is it’s a 25 minute drive for me from East Van to Kits, but well worth the trip! I can’t wait to come back and explore more brunch options

We hadn’t been for several years so decided to drop in - and it’s just as delicious as ever! Kids LOVED the crispy tots… and French toast (get the compote on the side so toast stays crunchy)… adults had the hot mumma benny and Cajun club… both SO GOOD. Highly recommend.

Weekdays = no line up!!

Will be back sooner next time.

Family run business with friendly staff and fantastic food. The hot mama Benedict was delicious and the owner was nice and attentive.

Service was so good and welcoming. Everything here was a 10/10 from the drip coffee to the breakfast items… couldn’t recommend this place more.

Been here a few times now always amazing. Best chicken you’ll get anywhere. You can taste how fresh and good quality it is.
