This a very typical Chinese restaurant. Good portions, great for family style ordering with a big group. It’s not flashy, it’s not fancy. But it’s as close to the authentic experience as it comes to, but keep in mind it is blend of various Chinese styles. Which is why there is a lot of variety in the menu. Service is as expected and the price is reasonable, won’t break the bank and you will probably have leftover for the next day.
Tried their $10 lunch specials, very yummy. Ordered a spicy chicken and is very good as well. Shanghai dumplings are pretty good too. And the hot and sour soup is awesome. Things are not that spicy if you take out the chili peppers.
This restaurant is kind of a blend of many different Chinese flavours. Southern fried rice, Shanghai style fried noodles, Taiwan fried chicken. It's ok overall. Our server was fine but a little too non chalant. At least they hand make their own dumplings!
