Serious cleanliness issue. Got a cup for the lemonade, when I went to get some there was none. Asked the staff and they said they didn’t have any, so money wasted as I don’t drink fizzy drinks. Food was only just warm and there was a rat trap in the corner which completely put me off my food

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The store manager showed a lack of professionalism and was unable to resolve even basic issues. When I asked for help, they told me to call customer service myself but couldn’t even provide the number afterward. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional.

They gave me a bowl that looked so bad with a bug, the woman who was making my bowl was talking to fast and she was being rude and then they said they didn’t have chips and they gave chips to the person behind me
I was here to pick up the uber eats order at 5:55 pm, they said the order is scheduled for 6:10 pm , so i have to wait another 15 minutes, i told her because i am already here can you make it earlier? She didn’t do that , in the meantime she made 5-6 other orders for uber and doordash for which no dasher came to pick up , i have to wait 15 minutes and customer was unhappy for my long wait and the customer gave me 1 star

Just now at 8:30 PM, I picked up a mobile order from Chipotle and was extremely disappointed. Both of the meals I received were completely wrong — not just minor errors, but entirely different from what I ordered. On top of that, I paid extra for guacamole on both items, and neither included it.
It’s really frustrating to pay extra and still not get what I ordered. This was supposed to be a quick and convenient dinner, but it ended up being a frustrating waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
