I think it depends on which staff member serves you — sometimes they give you a good portion of protein, and other times not so much.
What I don’t understand is why the place is always so dirty. I think that’s what worries me the most; it’s as if the health protocol didn’t exist.

Got a burrito bowl and they barely added any protein. The place was a complete mess, all the tables were dirty no napkins or utensils available. The garbage was completely overflowing and a staff member came by to add more garbage to the pile. It wasn’t that busy so I don’t know why they didn’t have someone come clean the place.

Before I ordered they were checking multiple meats temperatures that were in the tubs and didn’t clean off or use a different thermometer after each use. This made me think their heating pads or something turned off or broke.
I Had a Burrito bowl at 3:00 today with steak, both rices beans corn pico de gallo sour cream corn and cheese and lettuce, and right before I was done eating I had to rush to the bathroom and vomit, not sure what happened there tbh.

Finally, a US import that's as almost as good as the original! While the store's interior sometimes needs a bit of a cleanup, the food is consistent and offers a good fast option downtown. The folks working there always do a great job of getting your orders out quickly. And without fail, the guacamole is always outstanding!

Walked in with my family, and our first impression was shock at the state of the place. Food and garbage all over the floors and tables. Garbage cans overflowing. My husband even jokingly said he should ask the manager if they wanted help cleaning up. We should have walked out, but we were starving and excited to try our first Chipotle. We were going to grab and go.
The staff were subpar. No enthusiasm, no smiles, no interaction, no thank you… literally like they were just cogs in a wheel.
We ordered, I paid, and then we sat down to wait for my husband who had stepped out for a minute.
At this point I looked around some more and then started feeling really uneasy. I googled this location and others, and was shocked at some of the reviews re cleanliness, etc. It’s been an ongoing concern for many, many months. Why has nothing changed? How are these places still open? Plastic and bugs in food? Hair? Food poisoning? Staff’s disdain for customers? Garbage everywhere? Where are the owners??
I spoke with the manager and had to push to get a full refund because she argued that my daughter had already eaten half her burrito.
My daughter was starving and ate while I was reading reviews. I immediately stopped her from eating more because I was worried about food poisoning. For the manager to argue with me about this is appalling. Ultimately she didn’t refund the pop or 15% tip I had left.
To the owners…this girl needs some extra training. Invest in your employees. I say this as someone who owned a successful restaurant for 11 years. She was trying, but it’s clear she doesn’t have the skills required to run that place.
To her credit she did order the staff to start cleaning as soon as she was done with my (partial) refund. I think she was overwhelmed.
Also to the owners… what on earth is wrong with you??? Clean your place up. Hire people who look like they want to be there. Incentivize them. Do something other than what you’re currently doing which seems to be nothing.
Your store won’t be open long in its current state.
