I used to like Chipotle but I had two horrible experiences with this Broadway Chipotle. Never happed with downtown or metrotown ones. 1) I asked a quesadilla though uber. The way it came it was disgusting. There was corn in the sour cream (?) how did it got there if my order did not have corn. That happened with the beans and rice too. Even more, the order came cold. I wrote a complain to chipotle and they just said sorry (like two days late): no refund, no action, no nothing. Safe to eat (?) I doubt it. I never through away food but this time I had to. 2) The second time was today. I order something via chipotle web. I waited MORE THAN ONE HOUR for my order. The guy said that he was coming twice in a 5 minutes ride. So I waited 30-40 minutes as an usual wait + 35 minutes of someone saying to me that was coming but never came. No apologies. Nothing. I felt it was really not respectful to say that you are coming when I see clearly in the map that you are not even moving... for 30 MINUTES. I suggest never go to this specific Chipotle. And please, have a better customer service online too. Will never in my live go to this Chipotle again, and I will think twice going to other Chipotle too. Adding some photos..

Location is slow with service and skimps on your toppings, half scoops of guac salsa, and sour cream. They will watch their scoop roll off the side and look at you to ask what you'd like next like it didn't happen. 22min to get a burrito in a line of 5 is rough but no other employees were helping on the line at lunch. Chipotle you are usually better than this

worst run chipotle store in the city, its usually messy. how did they get a franchise ? the ingredients are empty and the staff dont give you a proper portion of protein. They ruined the brand for me.

It’s amazing how consistent Chipotle is, no matter which location I go to, the portions are stingy, the staff are rude, and customer service doesn’t exist. At least they’re reliable… just reliably terrible.

The meat portions are very small also no lettuce for dine in. But I watched them using it for uber eat/ door dash orders

Do ingredient costs come out of staff pay? More than half of my bowl is just straight rice and sour cream. Gross. Definitely one of the lower quality locations of Chipotle I have visited. Train your employees better on portions.
