Just ordered from here and they basically seem to put half a scoop of protein in the burrito. I’ll just go to a different one instead. Clearly they read these reviews and respond but take no action. No wonder it’s almost empty.

I arrived near opening time and they didn't have lettuce or cheese? They had the audacity to charge me full price as well.

These are staple ingredients for their menu items which is odd they started a day off without any of this, not to mention there is a grocery store across the street. Whoever is managing the inventory/purchasing, wake up.

I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill on 398 Robson Street. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. My bowl was fresh and generously portioned. I really liked how everything tasted fresh and customizable. A perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal in downtown Vancouver. Would definitely come back!

0 stars if possible. Chipotle management you spend so much time replying to peoples reviews to contact them but never seem to do anything. I have emailed head office already and have received a reply so please don’t reply asking me to send you an email. This chipotle never has any ingredients, and they never do anything about it. Today they were out of almost all the meats, they had no chicken and tried to give me the bits scattered at the bottom, they had no white rice and tried to scoop the bits off the side. When I asked if there was more chicken they stared at me and brought out the chicken from the online orders section, which had nothing in it but maybe 2 pieces. I said no thank you, you guys seem to be at the end of your ingredients and left. They didn’t even have any chicken or meat on the grill. Nobody was prepping. Someone went to the back to see where the prep person was and said out loud he was on break. It was 7pm when I went, not close to close. This might be and likely is the worst chipotle in the entire world. There is a chipotle on Howe and Robson that does a good job, spend your money there.

I've been going to this Chipotle for three years. As soon as the lunch rush starts, the manager pushes everyone to move so fast that nobody gets more than half a scoop of protein. I've had meals where I've gotten only four small pieces of chicken, and asking for a full scoop, I'm told that will be double meat.

Instructions are ignored because the employees are throwing your food by so fast that they've already added lettuce while they're asking if you want it. Management only cares about speed and sales, not accuracy.

The last straw for me has been employees on-break/off-duty sitting down at my table without asking or saying anything. They just sit down in an empty chair at your table and stay until you leave.

I've had some horrible fast food experiences, but not this many under the same roof. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs.
