There’s a young guy who works the night shift at this restaurant. He is always kind, warm, and smiling. He says “Have a good night” to every single customer. I’m really grateful to him — he makes me feel better every time I go there. Even though many people don’t treat delivery drivers with respect, he remains just as friendly and positive. Thank you. I’ll definitely come back for burritos next time.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle location. Bowl came half filled. You will not get your money's worth here. Manager will benefit from training their employees on customer service and serving an appropriate amount of food.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. The entire operation felt chaotic and disorganized. There were multiple staff members working the line, but no clear communication between them. They were moving so quickly that they would ask a question and then immediately scoop ingredients into the bowl without waiting for my response. It felt rushed and careless rather than attentive.

Checkout was just as frustrating. The cashier rang us up incorrectly, and then another employee stepped in to tell her what we had ordered. They both seemed confused about what to charge, which only added to the disorganization.

Overall, it was a horrible experience with very poor customer service. The team clearly needs better training on how to take line orders and manage basic operations. I expect much better from a brand like Chipotle.

Got some pieces of very undercooked /raw chicken in my burrito bowl. I didn’t notice until after a few bites. Returned to the store, women was unfriendly and not wanting to give a refund as I had lost my appetite. Waste of time. Was refunded but needed to argue about it. They should have been apologetic and hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from the nasty food.

I was ignored by staff for 15 minutes, while i watched my burrito get cold on the counter (it was ready when I got in). I told the staff twice what my name was, but as soon as another Uber Eats driver came in, they started preparing that order instead of simply handing me the already complete food.

No point in ordering on the app, ordering in person gets your food faster.
