1 star is too much. If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered this “half Beijing duck” and I got 1.5 pieces of duck skin. No meat just skin. Guess for how much ? 57 DOLLARS! I just wanted to treat myself on Friday and I thought in 2024 for 57 dollars you could get something nice. But there was no meat just skin and that’s it! You are thieves! You’d be a better scammer other than a restaurant.. but… wait… You’re already a scammer because selling skin and some fried rice for 57$ is just bs. I didn’t even get full! Still hungry after paying 57$ before taxes to this pseudo restaurant. Scammers.

The customer service is really really bad. They ask for specific tip amounts. Even when the service is not the best.

I was really looking forward to trying your wonton soup, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The broth was overly acidic and lacked depth of flavor. The wontons themselves were a let-down, with undercooked filling.

My Mom and I are visiting from out of town and happened to discover this gem of a restaurant. We went twice during our four day stay! We had chicken and string bean with black bean sauce, shredded pork with eggplant in chili, sour and garlic sauce, spicy wonton with chili and peanut sauce, diced chicken with spinach in chili, sour and garlic sauce, spring rolls, orange peel chicken and our friend had the Singapore noodles with shrimp. Everything was fresh and so flavorful. I saved the spicy chili and peanut sauce from the steamed wonton appetizer to eat with my rice. It was out of this world! Great service and a clean, cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth the trip!

Service staff here is quite inconsiderate and won’t greet you in a friendly manner or speak to you in a nice way.

Despite being a small restaurant, they will not come over to pour you tea unless you ask them to.
They are not well mannered or cultured people who were raised with privilege, so if you come here, expect disappointing service.

There’s definitely delicious food and you can save tip money so I definitely recommend here.

I used to love this place, but it has gone down hill. We’ve been eating here for 1.5 years and the food was always great.

However, last month there was a BONE in our generals chicken. Really dangerous if a kid was eating… the sauce for their generals used to be thick and delicious. But last time I ordered it, it was really thin and bland. Eck.

We gave them another chance and ordered the ginger beef, which is battered and fried, and our entire order was inedible. The beef was burned and tough like beef jerky. This dish was delicious when we tried it a few months ago.

Overall, it seems like they are cutting corners and getting careless. Bones in generals chicken is dangerous. Burned inedible food is gross. So we don’t go here anymore at all. Which is a shame, it used to be our favorite.

Ordered take out and was disappointed to see how small the containers were. Other Chinese restaurants use the standard larger to go containers. We usually have enough leftovers for the next day but not this time. They offered us a 10% discount for our next order but we won’t go back. The food was decent and the small soup was a normal portion.

I have always enjoyed having lunch specials here when I worked in the area. We like having ginger beef, general tso chicken, broccoli and beef with corn soup. It’s worth it.

I order take out for dinner occasionally. Our favourite go to for take out would be beef and broccoli, sweet and sour pork or chicken (boneless), fried rice, steamed rice, Szechuan green beans, corn soup.

The experience we had with this restaurant is anything but satisfying. The delivery guy swore at us. The charge for two items was 13.00 dollars free delivery. When the food arrived The delivery man tried to charge us a full 20 dollars more then we were told. The staff have really bad English we had to repeat our address 14 times before the finally got it. My recommendation for this place is to avoid it at all costs.
