Ordered take it. Requested cutlery and plates and didn't get any. Normally it wouldn't be that big of a deal but we spent all day moving and just wanted to be able to sit and eat a meal. The food is okay... no option to change the spiciness level and the Peking chicken is almost too hot to eat. Wouldn't rush back.

I would not hesitate to give 0 stars if possible. The restaurant's small serving sizes and steep prices were already disappointing, but the aggressive demand for a tip was appalling. The fried rice was flavorless and the chicken dish was spoiled by an excessive amount of spinach. The notation 'tip is not included but appreciated' is unnecessary, as customers are aware that gratuities are optional. Tips should be reserved for exceptional service, which was not provided. Budget-conscious customers should exercise caution when dining at this establishment, as they will be expected to provide a mandatory tip. It is essential to recognize that tipping is a voluntary gesture and should not be coerced.

First and last time. Ordered take-out Deluxe Mixed vegetable stir fry. Small portion and not very deluxe: mostly baby corn & chestnuts that I hate so basically got half order of broccoli trees and bok choy not sliced to eat in a bite, 2 slices of carrot. Sad that it's gluten heaven everywhere with noodles, pizza, pasta but very few places just serve a nice helping of veg.

Food is good
Servers are ok
But the places is dirty as if they don’t clean at all. Dust buildup on the AC, vents and walls.
Their cook smokes at the front door and it smells inside the restaurant and when I told him about it he just scoffed at me. Ruined the experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm not going to say the food tasted terrible its kinda like Manchu Wok but double the price lol. It was pretty decent for flavor and freshness. It's just way overpriced for what you get. This needs to be in the $30–$40 range with delivery to be fair and honest, paying over $60 for 3 small portions? Yikes...granted there was a delivery charge...and no fortune cookies 😐

Amazing Chinese food. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. They kept our water and tea full at all times and service was efficient and delicious.

Walked in and took way too long for service. My son was crying for water, and the lady just kept answering phones.

I hate giving this bad review because I love this franchise, but I would avoid this one. Commercial and 12th much better service.

Love the Shanghai noodle so much!

Really disappointed. It used to be one of my favorites in the neighborhood. I am shocked how low the quality has gone down. I ordered tan tan noodles with pork. The noodles are way overcooked, the broth is barely mixed nor has taste and the pork pieces are like leftovers.
