My duck was excellent. A small, simple and very good restaurant.

I've eaten in this restaurant a few times and ordered from them for delivery. This was the first really disappointing experience. The Hot & Sour soup was very good - as usual, and didn't disappoint. The Salted Squid was so awful, I rushed it down to the organic recycling bin to get it out of my home. I believe that cuttle fish was substituted for Squid. It was breaded and nearly crisp - whatever the fish inside was, it was touch and tasteless. What ruined the dish was that it was smothered in garlic (stale) and onions) and tossed through the fish bits. On the menu, it indicates 'with', not completely doused in.... also, it shows a bit of the onion/garlic stuff on top - not completely overwhelming the menu item.

Tried take-out for the first time and the food was sub-par to say tte least. Extremely disappointing. Ordered 3 dishes and all were tasteless, fatty, and very greasy, including the lettuce wraps.

Nothing he does is right, he doesn't have good service, he treats customers badly, he doesn't prepare urgent orders.

Today, I came here but I faced the worst experience ever there, two women are working here today, they are so rude🤮, they even don’t know how to talk with customers literally, why are they working here I don’t know then, this store and their customer service even don’t deserve one star but their is no option to give 0 zero star, bad restaurant to go, I will never go there again. Bad customer service ever 🤢🤮

Service is soooo bad, there is 2 women here today, they are so rude to talk, they don’t have manners how to treat people when they came in store, literally the worse experience ever, worst customer service and sooo bad restaurant in whole Vancouver.🤮🤮🤮🤮
The staff are so friendly! The waitress we had, Wawa, was so sweet and attentive. The setup is super cute. The food exceeded our expectations! We got the veggie spring rolls, Shanghai noodles, ginger beef and the orange peel chicken. It was very absolutely delicious. Some of the best I’ve ever had 10/10 would come again!

Food and service is good. We tried their lunch special. Decent price around Robson area. Worth trying! We had a great time!

EXTREMELY small portions, overpriced, and rude waitress and she had the audacity to ask for a tip (middle aged Asian woman). I ordered the beef broccoli and extremely tiny portions, they serve 40% more at the Kingsway location. She gave me the stink eye for not tipping with that rude service and after being ripped off. You're joking right?? The gentleman/staff are friendly and I would have tipped them despite the smaller portions but this female employee (probably the manager) deserves nothing.

Ordered take it. Requested cutlery and plates and didn't get any. Normally it wouldn't be that big of a deal but we spent all day moving and just wanted to be able to sit and eat a meal. The food is okay... no option to change the spiciness level and the Peking chicken is almost too hot to eat. Wouldn't rush back.

Fantastic food and service. Good value.
I would not hesitate to give 0 stars if possible. The restaurant's small serving sizes and steep prices were already disappointing, but the aggressive demand for a tip was appalling. The fried rice was flavorless and the chicken dish was spoiled by an excessive amount of spinach. The notation 'tip is not included but appreciated' is unnecessary, as customers are aware that gratuities are optional. Tips should be reserved for exceptional service, which was not provided. Budget-conscious customers should exercise caution when dining at this establishment, as they will be expected to provide a mandatory tip. It is essential to recognize that tipping is a voluntary gesture and should not be coerced.
First and last time. Ordered take-out Deluxe Mixed vegetable stir fry. Small portion and not very deluxe: mostly baby corn & chestnuts that I hate so basically got half order of broccoli trees and bok choy not sliced to eat in a bite, 2 slices of carrot. Sad that it's gluten heaven everywhere with noodles, pizza, pasta but very few places just serve a nice helping of veg.
