We went here last year and this year’s server, Kayleigh, was impeccable. The food is still top notch and it still a great place to have a beautiful night out.

First time at this restaurant! Great service, tasty food and nice atmosphere! Will return again!
I booked our reservation more than two weeks before Valentine’s Day in Coal Harbour and clearly indicated that we would be coming with two children. Unfortunately, my husband and I were very disappointed with the seating arrangement. We were placed near the bar on high chairs, which are clearly more suitable for adults, not a family with kids. We were so uncomfortable especially my kids.
I politely requested a more appropriate table, and the server said she would check, but told us it was unlikely due to reservations. Shortly after, the manager approached us and said that because it was Valentine’s Day, every seat was reserved and they could not do anything about it. What I don’t understand is how the seating was assigned when I booked well in advance and noted that we had children. I specifically chosen this restaurant because I've seen the pictures online and the seats look comfortable. Turned out they were just photos and far from the truth.
When my child went to the washroom, I noticed several empty tables that would have been more suitable for families.
It really felt like there was a lack of planning and consideration for guests with kids, even with advance notice. The customer service was disappointing and the experience did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant I've ever dined in and I would not recommend this place based on our experience. We should have gone somewhere else.

Aoife was an amazing waitress. Our son had a nut allergy and she made sure they were extra careful. The food and service was great. Would come here again.

The size of steak and its taste is great. Our server Ms. Alex is very polite and explained thoroughly what other choices we could have. Love the environment and service😊. Highly recommended.

Overall it was good, came on Valentine's. Been here before a couple times, but usually go to the Richmond location. Given there was a Valentine's menu and it was actually Valentine's Day, there was no thought really placed into making it feel any different than a normal Saturday. The music was off, didn't flow and didn't match the night, wife noted that no flowers or decorations anywhere. The Valentine's menu had regular menu items on it and was underwhelming, just didn't feel there was any notable planning for it. The chop experience where they add a side Caesar salad for $10 is definitely no longer worth it. The salad is very small, barely any croutons, just lettuce with a bit of dressing. We always get the steak bites, but they were more chewy and were even a smaller portion than we've previously seen. Our drinks were very good, wife had an old fashioned which she loved and I tried a Carajillo, which I enjoyed. A little mix up on timing happened, as our meals came before our side salads, but our server realized as she approached us and returned to the kitchen. We were close to the kitchen and could hear that our meals were called out a couple times for service. Our entrees when they came eventually were quite good. I order my steak medium because it usually comes medium rare, which is what I want, and it came medium rare and was pretty good. Wife had the prime rib, and she found it delicious. Her only small complaint would be that normally the au jus comes on the side, but this time it was already poured out, making it a little bit too much. She still enjoyed it, but it would be her preference to be on the side. Our server was very friendly. Overall we had a good evening.
We recently visited Chop Steakhouse to celebrate me getting a new job, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Manuel looked after us and truly made the evening unforgettable. He made us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant, attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly throughout. To help us celebrate, he surprised us with a complimentary appetiser, and at the end of the meal brought out a crème brûlée for me along with a glass of Prosecco for each of us. Such a thoughtful touch that made the evening feel incredibly special. I even got a card signed by all of the staff!
The food was equally impressive. The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The girls loved their salmon and chicken strips as well, everything was delicious and clearly prepared with care.
Wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service, and fantastic food. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you, Manuel, for making it a night we won’t forget!

Amazing steak for a price that is quite unbeatable for me. Go for the Prime Rib or better, the fat cap was great, meat was really tender without falling apart, and the jus was just right. Horse radish gives you the option of a mustard-y tang if you like that. Service was warm and engaging, and the ambience was great. Highly recommend to try out.
Two stars are for the atmosphere. 0 for the food, not matching with the prices

We had the 3 course dinner wich was delicious meat was tender baked potato was out of this world Tomato soup fresh
We went to CHOP for their dine out menu. It was great. I had hunter chicken which was so flavourful. My coworkers had steak and salmon they enjoyed it. Cheese cake slice was a bit small but overall everything was great.
I wish I could give them zero stars. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. The food was very low quality, with no garnish or appealing presentation. The salt and pepper shakers were empty, and the booths were extremely small and tight for four people—only comfortable for two.
The menu items were completely different from what was shown on their website, and when I asked about it, the staff didn’t even seem aware of what was listed online. On top of all that, the prices were very high for such poor-quality food.
Not recommended at all.
